Toners -Zia -Ultimate Toning Mist Normal/Dry

on 1/18/2017 12:07:00 PM

I received this in a grab bag from a friend who had surplus products she didn't care for. I will add my friend is exceedingly impatient when it comes to beauty product results. If she doesn't see a desired result within a few days she purges. My gain. I have an odd relationship with toners in that I read they are thoroughly useless. Then I stop using whatever I have thinking dermatologist's must be right. Well, they are wrong. Wrong. Wrong. I started using this about a month ago and have fallen madly in love. I had no expectation of liking this but because it was free I gave it a shot. What I don't care for is the color: lemon lysol color. The scent: herbal strong for my nose. The spray: large quantity per pump. It ends there. The color isn't an issue on my skin and the scent dissipates quickly. What is left is soft skin that is ready for whatever sunscreen, moisturizer and cosmetic I desire. My skin is very, very supple and refreshed beyond cleansed. There are some mornings I forgo cleansing and splash lukewarm water on my skin then spritz this and go about my day. My pores are refined and I have no flakes or tightness. I recommend this to anyone who thinks a toner is useless. You will not be disappointed if you can locate this as I just heard it has been discontinued.

Moisturizers -Zia -Everyday Moisturizer

on 7/12/2015 12:05:00 PM

My skin is dry and sensitive. This lotion moisturizer is packaged in a tall, air-proof container. It works very well for me as a daytime moisturizer. I use it over my Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair serum and under my makeup.

Cleansers -Zia -Moisturizing Cleanser

on 9/13/2013 12:04:00 PM

This lotion cleanser works very well on my dry-very dry skin. It's paraben free. I apply, gently massage in a circular motion, and rinse.
My skin feels comfortable (not overly dry). I follow with serum and moisturizer.

Skincare -Zia -Zia ActiClean Face Scrub

Love this! It's the perfect consistency, not too abrasive and not too weak. I've been using this every morning and my skin never feels irritated or dry, just soft and smooth. I really like that so little of this is needed to exfoliate your face and neck as I hate having to constantly reorder items because of not enough product given. I will never be without this scrub!

Moisturizers -Zia -Ultimate Oil-Free Moisture

on 3/19/2012 12:31:00 PM

I was skeptical that this moisturizer would be effective enough since it is oil-free (such products tend to leave my skin dry), but I took a chance on it due to the positive reviews & the fact that it contains alpha lipoic acid (thioctic acid) which is an excellent anti-inflammatory & antioxidant for skin - it's 1 of my favorite anti-aging skincare ingredients.

I'm surprised how WELL this moisturizes my skin! Perhaps it's because hydrating glycerin is the 2nd ingredient. It contains more ingredients than I expected but most of them are beneficial. I especially love the invigorating citrus scent, it reminds me of something I used to use, I think it was a ReVive product yrs ago (can't exactly remember, unfortunately).

I don't have oily, breakout-prone skin anymore (due to age & declining hormone levels) so now I generally need an emolient moisturizer for my face & this 1 is absolutely fantastic. It's very lightweight & absorbs quickly but doesn't leave my skin dry or tight after it sinks in, it actually leaves my skin comfortably hydrated (both face & hands).

I like & appreciate the frosted glass pump bottle that twists open & closed to prevent accidental spills - no add'l protective cap needed (to lose or break!), I love that. I ordered it from my favorite vitamin website for just $22, so it's easy & convenient for me to obtain & will probably repurchase in the future. Lovely lotion, not too costly.
