I'm surprised I haven't reviewed this before. This is a staple in my collection. It is not super long lasting and stays very close to the skin, but is one I enjoy on myself and fits the way I like to be perceived: clean and soft. I have the spray and the concreta, which is a balm in a stone jar. It is for those who like subtle fragrances and natural scents, not synthetic in the least. This may have been discontinued, but if you stumble upon it and like non-offensive skin scents, give this one a try.

I have Pear scented Shea Butter Soap. The scent is lovely summery white florals, real honeysuckle flowers, and a hint of fresh hazelnuts. Can't detect much pear though! Pear Fragrance Notes:Top: mimosa, honeysuckleHeart: d'anjou pear, honeydewBase: gardenia, vanilla beanThe soap is a traditional recipe of triple-milled, non-detergent, glycerine based beauty soap, so its moisturising, doesn't irritate my sensitive skin, and holds a rich scent right to the last scrap.

I like the "Pear" one, which I think smells like white florals and real honeysuckle flowers, with a hint of fresh hazelnuts. Can't actually smell Pears though. Even though its scented, I can use on my sensitive skin. Its REAL soap, made in the traditional style retaining high levels of moisturising glycerin. Its also Triple Milled meaning the bar lathers well and lasts through many uses without going mushy or rapidly dissolving down the drain and holds a lovely scent right to the last scrap. Zents Soap Ingredients:Sodium Palmate, Sodium Palm Kernelate, Water (Aqua), Glycerin, Fragrance, Titanium Dioxide, Shea Butter (Butyrospermum Parkii), Sodium Chloride, Coconut (Cocos Nucifera) Oil, Neem (Azadirachta Indica) Oil, Tetrasodium EDTA, EDHP.Formulated WITHOUT: Detergent / SLS / Sodium Lauryl/Laureth Sulphate, Anti-Freeze / Propylene Glycol, Parabens, Phthalates. No animal testing.Something to think about...Most soaps sold on the internet from small business and many mainstream ones like LUSH are actually not "hand-crafted" or even made of soap. (Sorry LUSH, you do smell nice and your ladies are so lovely but you're so drying). At best they are mass-produced and "hand-finished" industrial chemicals called "Melt-and-Pour", or MP detergent-based bulk bases. MP's contain harsh & cheap detergents (SLS, sulphates, sodium lauryl or laureth sulphate), the known skin-sensitiser and skin penetration enhancer Anti-Freeze (propylene glycol), and artificial foam boosters. All so bad for skin. MP bars are NEVER able to be called triple milled or even single milled as that is a process that requires putting the soaps through huge industrial rollers that cost mega $$$. Stirring a little microwaved bowl of detergent with a stick and adding in essential oils doesn't make it any less harsh on your skin nor does it match the quality finish of french triple milling.Check out the ingredients on a soap-making supply site and you will see for yourself! The reason why they have become such a money making opportunity is that MP bases are very cheap to buy in and easy to melt and customize for little effort. They can be presented in cute hand made papers and ribbons with hand written labels. But the ingredients are terrible for customers skin and an expensive waste of your money!! I like to support small business but if they're selling me cheap rubbish I won't buy it. Buy real glycerine soap and your skin will thank you!

A powdery, soapy citrus floral. Its not an Oolong tea fragrance, nor a herbal citrus as the notes suggest. Its a powdery GREEN fume, in the style of Elizabeth Arden's "Green Tea" or that powdery cucumber scent that Dove and many others use in their "cucumber fresh" type of deodorants and soaps that always give me a headache. Citrus too sharp and chemically, the powdery soap too heavy and old fashioned like the soap provided in public restrooms in the 80's. I prefer something a bit lighter and brighter and more natural.

This was my absolute favorite scent. I was so sad when my bottle ran out and I went to reorder and found it was discontinued. For years I've been looking for something similar and I found it. "Anne Bonny" by Black Phoenix Alchemy Labs (BPAL) is really close.
