Palettes -Urban Decay -Kaleidoscope Dream eyeshadow palette

on 10/21/2018 5:55:00 AM

I actually love the layout of this palette. All colors are extremely pigmented and easy to blend and I have not experienced any fallout of this. The quality deserves all five stars. However I can not give a five star total rating simply because I only like 2 of the colors. I only feel I can use the Spitfire and the white light green splitpan color. Its not that I am shy with color because I love the NYX basic brights palette. I just feel that most of the colors are so metallic and that every look I made is simply looking dated on me. The looks I made are not fresh and youthful like I get with matte brights from NYX palette, but rather someone in their forties stuck on eighties. Maybe I just dont have the skills. I could maybe try to pair some of the warm colors with something cooler fresher and definitely matte from another palette. I really dont know how to rock this.

Liquid -Urban Decay -All Nighter Foundation

So here’s the deal, i love most of the products from Urban Decays “all nighter” collection. But this foundation i was not a very big fan of. It is full coverage, it is lightweight, and it does blend very well. The problem i had with this is while wearing it, the longer the day went on the darker my face became. This does oxidize a whole lot. So if you want to give this a try then i suggest that you buy a shade that is 1 shade lighter then the one that matches you. Other than the product oxidizing it really not that bad. But i personally do not want to purchase something that i am going to have to go a shade lighter in just so it I will match my skin tone. I hope this didn’t happen to everyone and it was just something that happened with me. A co-worker of mine absolutely loves this foundation, so hopefully it will work for other people. But personally it just isn’t for me.

Lip Gloss -Urban Decay -Hi-Fi Shine Ultra Cushion Lip Gloss

I am a lipgloss fan and always have been, I got this in the color Midnight Cowgirl a light peachy nude with micro shimmer. This gloss has a flexible applicator which I have not seen before and takes some getting used to. Now this gloss is just not that glossy, it also does not apply smooth and creeped into liplines. This smells like sweet mint, that did not bother me or tingled on my lips. Does not seem to volumize or moisturize as they claim this "ultra cushion gloss" does. Would not repurchase or recommend this gloss!!

Liquid -Urban Decay -Naked Skin Weightless Ultra Definition Liquid Makeup

This is a great foundation. It goes on very smoothly and truly does feel weightless. I love the medium to light level of coverage it gives. It hides my blemishes and redness but also allows my freckles to show through.

Mascara -Urban Decay -Perversion Mascara

Received a sample of this after wanting to try it for a long time. Welp, now it's in the garbage after only a few uses! I am not prone to smudging and this was everywhere by the end of the day. Also just did not provide as much volume or length as I can get with other, cheaper mascaras. Just dreadfully average.
