expected the bottle of scent to be a lot pinker due to the photo. The liquid is a very pale pink, you have to examine it closely to notice that it is in fact pink. If I didn't know it was figs and more about figs then I'd think it was a floral, this smells sweet and floral on me, yes it had a hint of sea breeze, well put together, beautiful scent that lasts to the next day. The bottle looks like it should be called Viking Woman, the bottle look does match the smell of the scent, even though as the name stands as Womanity the bottle says it all ♡

Oooh I love this fragrance...even though Thierry Mugler 'Angel' is quite an old perfume, I can still relate to this in many ways. My mom used to wear this on a daily basis from about 2006 or was it 2005 (?) until very recently. My grandmother was also a big fan and used to spritz this on her neck before heading to her work place every morning. Even my ex used to wear this (well to be specific the 'A'men - male version of Angel haha). Following the family tradition, I used to spray this too before heading to my office every week day. I loved the smell of this (very unique - tonka bean, vanilla, etc) as it was unlike any other scent out there. Even now, having had a sniff of so many generic fragrances in the department stores, there is something about Angel that sets it apart from the many run-of-the-mill fragrances out there. I would re-purchase this in a heartbeat - not just for the sake of nostalgia lol, but because there is nothing else that smells remotely like this. When you wear this you can be near-sure that you will be the only one in your location who is wearing anything in the same vein. it is definitely in a league of its own! And for that it is one of my all-time faves! Selena x~ My HG list ~(I've sampled many 100s of skin, hair and m/u products over the last decade and a half, as I love constantly trying out new stuff - usually sample sizes via e-bay, also plenty courtesy of a friend who works at Sephora. I only tried a sample. Did not expect this to be ‘my fragrance’. But boy I was wrong. It smells heavenly (or divine, not sure about the right word to use here). It stays on forever. Will definitely purchase for winter - for summer it may be too heavy.

As soon as I saw this pop up on Ulta.com I had to get it. The original Alien EDP is my signature fragrance, and I really like most of the Alien flankers that I have smelled, but something about the description and the bottle for Flora Futura made me sure that this would be a safe blind buy. Like the previous reviewer said, it is clear that it is part of the Alien family, but it is a completely new take on the DNA of Alien in my opinion. The cactus flower is the star of the show here, making this a more feminine and classic-style Alien than some of the previous flankers, though the soft woods and amber are still there underneath the blooming cactus goodness. It has an almost powdery feeling to it that makes it feel somewhat softer and closer to the skin, so it doesn't project all over the zip code like Alien can, though there is still a good amount of silage. For being an EDT it does wear pretty well on me, though not nearly as well as Alien EDP, which I can still smell sometimes the following day. Flora Futura is a great spring and summer Alien that doesn't rely too much on citrus; there is a bit of a citrus note, but it is more complimentary than in previous flankers like Eau Sublime or Eau Extraordinaire. Also, can we talk about this freaking gorgeous bottle? IMHO it encapsulates the scent perfectly, as it has the same shape as the original Alien talisman but comes in a more subdued, girly color. All in all, I am very happy with this purchase, and this will be a scent that I reach for a lot during the warmer months.

I found this on eBay for sale for an awesome price so I snatched one and a backup. I'm so glad I did because this smells so good! It opens with the jasmine which is toned down but still there then the caramel comes in and its so good like a floral caramel bubble. I swear in the dry down you can smell the salt mixed in with the amber it's so good. This fragrance lasts till overnight and had excellent sillage. I wish this wasn't so hard to find and was readily available as it smells luscious. Alien is my favorite fragrance from Mugler and I how he comes out with unique takes on fragrance. Love!
