Eye Makeup Remover -The Body Shop -Camomile Sumptuous Cleansing Butter

This stuff is soooooo nice. It is soft and lush. It feels nice on the skin and easily gets off all my makeup. It rinses clean without making my face feel dry or stripped. I wish the tin were deeper so that they could include more product, but the price point even for this amount is pretty reasonable. You don't need to use a lot.

Palettes -The Body Shop -Contour palette

I didn't expect much from this palette since I never heard anyone talking about it/recommending it, but I'm nicely surprised (especially given its price during the sales season). I think it will become my new perfect face palette for traveling. The packaging is heavy, but small and very sleek, with good quality mirror, very comparable to high-end/luxury brand packaging, in my opinion.

All the pressed powders inside are very finely milled and have the kind of pigmentation I prefer: the matte contour/bronzer shades, for example, are not as pigmented as Benefit's Hoola, but more pigmented than Physician's Formula's Butter Bronzer (giving two very popular bronzing products as an example), so it's somewhere in the middle. Same goes for blush and highlighter. All powders apply and blend very nicely and look quite natural on a light-to-medium skin tone (the bronzer shade is not overly warm/orange, yay!).

I love using the blush on my eyelids... It gives such a beautiful pinky sheen and glow (you can see some very fine shimmer dust in the blush in the palette, but it's not visible on my skin at all).

I've been using this palette on a daily basis for almost two weeks now. I did not break me out (even though I have quite problematic skin). I'm so happy I bought it! :)

Body Scrubs -The Body Shop -British Rose Exfoliating Gel Body Scrub

on 1/14/2019 5:23:00 PM

British rose is a mild exfoliant gel that also moisturizes your skin. The beads are very small and sparse, so don't expect a super scrubbing gel. It has a strong, rose scent, so if you don't like florals you should pass this one. It did leave my skin very smooth and rosy scented but it might be too weak for my slightly oily skin, so I don't know if I would repurchase.

Lotions/ Creams -The Body Shop -Aloe Body Butter

I used this years ago and found that it helped calm down any red/irritated skin I had. However, recently I noticed that they reformulated it. It used to have aloe gel as the first ingredient. However, now water is the first ingredient.. aloe is farther down the list. I suspect that is why it no longer works as well as it used to. Won't repurchase.

Treatments (Face) -The Body Shop -Nutriganics Drops of Youth

I freaking live this product! I had a really bad facial session that cause my non-acneic face to suddenly breakout in multiple red angry zits all over my right and left cheek. It was horrible. After trying multiple products in vain, I decided to simplify my skincare routine. After double cleansing at night, I just use this 3 drops of this followed by 3 drop of the body shop oils of life range. My skin improved drastically and this has become my holy grail! Ive purchased it almost 10 times now. I no longer buy the small bottle, I buy the big size and I use it up till the last drop.

Texture, I would compare it like a hand sanitizer but on your face lol. Its sticky at first when you apply it, but it absorbs super fast and leave a subtle glow on your face. Its honestly the fastest absorbing serum Ive ever tried. You have to be patient and consistent, only then you will notice the difference.

Its slightly moisturizing but cant be used just on its own for moisture. It does leave a bit of glow. I think it has a calming effect on skin?

Body shop always have a 20% off which is when I will buy and stock up on this. This has become my comfortable staple skincare which I use morning and night.
