Love it. I get nothing but compliments on it. It's never overpowering because it dries down so quickly. You can barely smell it unless you're standing right next to me or literally sniffing my skin. Very subtle. That's a huge bonus for me as I attend a scent free (lol) university that has a soft policy of asking students to not even use scented shampoo, laundry detergent, etc.The packaging is to die for. It's deep purple and gold. I felt so bad throwing out the box. The glass bottle is heavy and hard to break. I dropped it a few times and there's no damage at all. The glass has this lovely deep-purple-to-clear ombre effect that is to die for. The cap is heavy brass with this gorgeous etching. Love it. 5 stars. Couldn't be better. The scent is really hard for me to describe. It just smells *nice*. It's a unique blend of fragrances. I get violet, sandalwood, some jasmine. There's supposed to be patchouli but I don't smell it at all. It's the most "masculine" feminine fragrance I've ever found. I love it and find it very classy. So far it's a huge crowd pleaser and I find it stunning. 5/5 would highly recommend and will repurchase.

Mm. Well, the previous reviewer had a great idea and is just using this as a ‘sheer’ version of the regular perfume. I use it on my hair and on fabric that I don’t want to take a chance on staining with the higher oil content of the ‘real’ perfume. It’s great.
It IS lighter than the regular one, but not so much that I don’t feel I got value for money. I normally don’t buy hair mists, I usually just spray the regular perfume on there; I’m not that concerned about a trivial amount of alcohol in my hair, since I don’t do it daily or with every scent. But I found this on a decent sale and I LOVE the Cleopatra product.
It’s very, very similar to SJP Lovely/NR For Her/EL Modern Muse. Those are three of my faves, and if you can’t find Lovely anymore or the other two are too spendy, Cleopatra is a nice alternative for them all.
The bottle is nice: heavy, poshly decorated, the sprayer functions well, I’ve had no leaks, etc.
I don’t know that I would buy again if I had to pay full price, but only because I don’t usually buy hair mists at all, not because of any flaw in this particular product. It’s good. But because it’s a lighter product, it calms down and gets light quicker than the fragrance, and for MY purposes, I wanna choke in a sweet cloud of Cleopatra. But if I found this again for less than twenty dollars, yes please.

Ah, so I'm just about through with my beautiful Tocca Marcelo candle. My mother in law bought it for one of my Xmas gifts, probably almost 20 yrs ago. It is one of the best candles I've ever known and I can't figure out why it was discontinued. It was part of a duo, Sophia, for Loren, which was tomato and basil, also unique. Marcello is named for Mastroiani, her frequent film partner. It was a sweet almond milk scent, just lovely.

At first this was a bit "perfumey" to my nose (which is ironic). It smells just a bit like Susanne Lang Cashmere, but not quite as much like CK Obsession as that one does (this has more orange in it, I think?).I liked it, but didn't LOVE it till one day I tried it over some older Terra Nova Red Tea and Cocoa Blossom that I had (which is sadly discontinued). The combination of the two is just divine, and now I'm sad...

I sampled this from Sephora.. Initial take: cheap drugstore hair conditioner.. Not unpleasant, but MEH. After a while, it developed more into a cloying musk on me. Not my cuppa tea.
