Primer/ Corrector -Sacha Cosmetics -Sacha Fix It Spray

on 5/27/2018 10:59:00 AM

I ran out of my L'Oreal Infallable Setting Spray and decided to get this.

Pros:
Cute packaging
Sprays a good amount of product
Scent isn't irritating
Removes powdery look of makeup

Cons:
Does not keep makeup in place, just touch your face and makeup will transfer

It claims to set and seal makeup. It sets it but sealing does not take place. A waste of money.

Loose Powders -Sacha Cosmetics -Buttercup Powder

This powder does the job. No big complaints here I do think it works better for WOC than banana powder. I feel like Laura mercier finish powder gives a more flawless finish. But this has been my go to powder for the past couple of months. It's pretty cheap only 20 dollars compared to Laura m.

Blush -Sacha Cosmetics -Matte Brown Blush

on 2/15/2017 8:02:00 PM

I had to create a category for this wonderful blush. Technically, Sacha sells this as a blush, but it is the best contour I have found for my skin-tone. It is a major, deep, rich, neutral brown. It leaves the most natural looking contour I have ever seen on my face. Because it is intensely pigmented, you only need a light application to achieve a naturally chiseled look. I use a dense contour brush and a bit more product for a more extreme sculpted, dramatic look.

The issues I have personally dealt with using other brands is that the contour color tends to be either too warm/red in color and tone or too ashy when they try to attempt a cooler tone. I've had some success with bronzers but I don't always want to have a 'glow' in the hollows of my cheeks. Matte Brown is truly matte. There is absolutely no shimmer and it applies very smoothly. A little bit of this goes a long way to creating beautiful sculpted looks.

I wouldn't recommend this for skin tones that are light/medium and lighter. It may come across as muddy on lighter complexions. I have also used this as eye shadow to contour my crease with great success. I highly recommend this for my sister's who have been on the hunt for the perfect contour.

The price was good....$15. You can order it from Sacha's website (several YouTube personalities have discount codes for Sacha) or you can also find it on Amazon.
