Moisturizers -Neutrogena - Rapid Tone Repair Night Moisturizer

Pros:
Decent price
Effective packaging - protects against degradation of ingredients
Easily found and available

Cons:
Heavily scented
Caused breakouts for me

I have never had issues with retinol or vitamin C, used them often with no irritation. This product didn't cause irritation or redness but I had some bad breakouts (whiteheads and cysts).
It's a light lotion but does seem to be greasy and doesn't totally absorb into my skin.
I want this to work, and it's highly rated so I'm going to continue trying it but only ever other night. Not impressed right now but I'll update soon.

Cleansers -Neutrogena - Hypoallergenic Cleansing Bar

on 10/16/2017 12:45:00 AM

This has been my basic cleanser for face and body for many many years.
It never irrittes my sensitive skin, removes all traces of makeup and other debris, has no fragrance and is really, really cheap.
I actually prefer this in a tube which I can buy in SE Asia when I am there and usually stock up. Only the bar is available in Australia in the gentle formula. If you live in OZ and have sensitive skin don't fall for any of their liquid cleansers as they are too harsh.
The bar is the bomb.

Cleansers -Neutrogena - Healthy Skin Boosters Facial Cleanser

This is the cleanser I've been waiting for! I've tried pretty much everything in the drugstore and they either dried my skin completely, irritated my skin, or caused me to break out. I have combination skin and I made the mistake of over drying my skin out, not realizing that the more dry my skin is, the more oil it produces and the more acne I get. This cleanser cleanses without stripping my skin! I don't even need mosturizer after. The smell is great. The price is great. My face has a healthy glow after using It really foams up, I only have to use about half a pump to clean my face, so it lasts me a long time. I don't know what I'd do if they stopped making this cleanser.

Toners -Neutrogena - Acne Stress Control Triple-Action Toner

This is my HG toner. Whenever I stop using it, my skin gets very unhappy and I start to see little bumps and clogged pores. Nothing else compares, this toner is the best! It REALLY deep-cleanses the skin. Neutrogena's Acne Stress Control Triple-Action Toner contains 2% salicylic acid and does an excellent job of keeping my pores clear. It's pretty strong, but there's no stinging. For reference I have skin that is combo-oily, clog-prone, and not particularly sensitive.

I love how this leaves my skin refreshed and super-clean. There's been a huge improvement in my skin's overall clarity since I started using. I am on my 2nd bottle and I plan to buy this again and again. Very impressive overall.

Highly Recommended!! A+++

Moisturizers -Neutrogena - Hydro Boost Water Gel

I had really high hopes for this moisturiser after reading it was suitable for acne prone skin and wouldn't clog pores. However this broke me out almost immediately on the same day as I wore it. Although it feels nice initially on the skin, it doesn't combine with foundation amazingly and I also got some pilling where I must have put too much gel on...
Fragrance doesn't bother me and neither does packaging if the product is good!
Not worth the price tag if you have acne prone/sensitive skin in my opinion.
