Sunscreen -Naturopathica -Lavender Protective Moisturizer SPF 17

on 6/7/2018 8:48:00 AM

I have been on the lookout for a light moisturizer with physical sunblock (I cant use azobenzene) to replace my beloved, all-season, oil-free Mario Badescu moisturizer (they changed the formulation to use chemical sunscreen, ARGH)

I've been through several that are either too heavy/oily or leave too much of an oily cast. Or have silicones (which i also cant use)

So was looking forward to trying this moisturizer as my sister swears by their products. And i've found a good replacement. It does smell quite heavenly of lavender but so far no reactions. its a bit on the heavier side so we'll see when it gets humid out if its too uncomfortable, but through winter and early spring its been the right amount of moisture. It also has turmeric in it which is great for the skin. I haven't broken out from this either. So would definitely buy this again (though its pricey) for now though still on the lookout for something lighter.

Moisturizers -Naturopathica -Calendula Essential Hydrating Cream

on 2/4/2018 1:20:00 PM

Im in my 40s and hormones + harsh winter weather has really done a number on my skin. I use hydrating serums and face oils that do most of the hydrating but I needed a moisturizer that sealed in all the goodness and provided that layer of protection against the elements. I also have dry, sensitive, skin that's eczema prone and this moisturizer is so soothing and hydrating. My skin never feels tight/dry by mid day (like it used to with other moisturizers).

Cleansers -Naturopathica -Sweet Lupine Cleansing Cream

I have sensitive skin, and so many products break me out. I also try to stick to natural products. I had a hard time finding a good natural makeup remover. I tried Dr. Hauschka's Cleansing Milk, One Love Organics Vitamin B, and a few other natural lines from my local natural foods store. The products all either broke me out or irritated my skin in some way. Not this Naturopathica Cleansing Cream! I am so glad I found it. Unlike the other reviewer, I find that the product does a good job at removing even my foundation--but I use Jane Iredale and Vapour foundations, both of which are quite natural and might be easier to remove. It does take a little bit of work to get off eye makeup if you have used water-resistant mascara. But my skin feels clean after using this product, and the remover is not too oily. I have combination skin that is sensitive to both oily and drying products, and this product is perfect for me. Highly recommend. I wish it were a little bit more affordable, but considering how good it is and that you don't need a lot, I'm willing to pay for it. The frangrance is light and not overpowering. I'm halfway through my second tube.

Treatments (Face) -Naturopathica -Plant Stem Cell Serum

I just started to use this at night to address aging issues and broken capillaries. It's working on both ends, esp. on the broken capillaries and reducing the appearance of redness the next day.

Cleansers -Naturopathica -Aloe Cleansing Gel

My facialist recommended this for my maturing, oily skin, but only a pea-sized dollop and only in the morning (it's not great at removing makeup). When used like that, it's doing a great job of very gentle cleansing and keeping my oil and redness at bay for most of the day.
