USED TO BE my favorite cream ever... butThis new formula is totally different and I can no longer recommend it.The texture has changed and is now a heavy sticky cream with a lot of glycerine - as opposed to the light hydrating gel-cream it used to be.It just sits on my skin now instead of absorbing easily like it used to. It actually makes my skin feel stiff - not firm, probably due to the paraffin in the new formula. The active ingredients are now much further down on the list. After using the old (good) version of this cream for 15 years, I'm going to have to find another favorite. Why did they change this??

I have been a loyal consumer of this product since early 2010. I purchase it in threes at Walgreens either online or in-store. I opened my recent order to discover an unwelcome packaging change which usually signals a formula change. Yeah. Moved the goodness toward end of ingredient list and the not so good stuff to the beginning. It now has a medicinal smell, stings a bit when I apply it, is somewhat greasy and is causing breakouts which I've never been prone to experience. I'm now on the hunt for a moisturizer that works as well as this one did prior to the change. Will return the used and unused product and never repurchase.

This is a non-foaming creamy cleanser. I like the fact that it rinses clean and does not leave me dry. I don't find it that effective and the active ingredient concentration isn't listed so I assume its pretty low. This is nice to use with a sonic/brush device. The reason that I wouldn't repurchase is actually due to the packaging, its just so user unfriendly in that the nozzle is a round hole that is way too large. Given the viscous nature of this, so much gushes out. This is a clear example of where the company has not tested the product themselves. A simple fix would be just to reduce the size of the hole. As such, I am now using an Alba brand acne cleanser and the dispensing system is much better.

I bought this product because it was on clearance at Walgreens. I knew that it was roughly 10 to 15 dollars. Figured I would try it out. i have acne prone skin...and visible pores... oh and oily. Totally not impressed with it whatsoever. fun to peel off thats about it...Will never buy again.

There were only 2 times I used this, but 2 times were all I needed to tell me this wasn't for me. This just basically was lotion. Yes I read the bottle correctly it IS cleanser, but I felt like it wasn't cleansing enough. When I rinsed and dried, it felt slightly residual. Even CeraVe gets me more clean than this.
