Liquid -MAC -Pro Longwear Foundation

I hate that this product doesn’t come with a pump. Why should We have to buy a pump? Am I missing something? But anyways, i feel like this is medium coverage which is ok.. but the amount I have to apply to cover my hyper pigmentation is ridiculous. Shame, because you actually do get a lot of product in this bottle. Works better with a brush. It also separates after a few hours (mostly t zone) no matter what I use with it so I can’t say it lasts that long.

Lipstick -MAC -Huggable Lipcolour - Seoul-ful

I bought this lipstick because the color reminded me so much of my favorite Urban Decay lipstick in Sheer Streak. I wore that UD lippie until it wore down to the plastic cartridge and had to be scooped out with a lip brush to be applied. Sadly, where I live there is no UD makeup, so when I saw this Seoul-ful lippie I just grabbed it without knowing much about this MAC line. It is rather similar to UD, but a lot more moisturizing, less waxy, and not as pigmented. I much prefer the UD one, but beggars can`t be choosers. In any case, this Huggable Lipcolour is nice enough, a bit sheer, but still pigmented enough not to qualify as just a balm. Although it`s moisturizing, it can sometimes stick and crumb up in patches if your lips are not in the best condition. It`s a lovely, no fuss color for spring/summer. I would repurchase again, but only if I could find it on sale somewhere, because Japanese cosmetics have loads of good pink lipsticks with different finishes at more reasonable price points.

Concealers -MAC -Pro Longwear Concealer

Under rated compared to all the hype other concealers get. I tried so many concealers and I always come back to this one. IF you have dark circles then this is the one for you. Super coverage and hides anything.

Concealers -MAC -Studio Finish Concealer

great coverage for dark circles but it will crease a lot if you dont moisturize undereyes before applying this concealer. I rub in a drop of almond oil underneath and blend in the concealer with makeup sponge. Then i set it with translucent powder.

Eyeliner -MAC -Modern Twist Kajal Liner

I am the sort of person who prefers to emphasize one thing on my face at a time-I either wear a strong lip color and minimal eye, or a strong eye and a nude or light lip. Even on those strong eye days, though, I prefer to tightline or to line my waterline, so I can make my eyes stand out without looking like I just stepped out of an 80s time warp. So....I searched for a liner that had plenty of staying power specifically for the waterline, and my searches kept coming up with this. I bought two colors, a dark blue called Ocean Liner, and a dark gray called Shoreline. I am very pleased with the results, overall-they are both good, creamy liners that go on without any tugging, and give me a good dark color line-I have used the Tarte Emphaseyes liners in the past, and these are actually a little better in terms of consistency-the Tarte tends towards dryness, and so far neither of the MAC liners have. The Ocean Liner blue actually appears to have better staying power-the gray Shoreline smudged a bit under my eyes, but the blue stays and stays-actually is a little difficult to completely remove as it works its way down among my lashes-and I don't see the smudging with the blue as I did with the gray. I refreshed it once during the day, but just a touchup. (I am looking forward to trying this at the height of summer, to see how well it does-stay tuned for an update in the future!) No tears or irritation to my eyes. I think I would buy the Ocean Liner blue again, but I might pass on the Shoreline gray. I will be trying some other colors, too-this is not terribly expensive eyeliner-I believe it is in the $18-$25 range, but I got mine at a discount, so I paid less-it's worthwhile to check out a variety of venues to find the best price, as this is widely available. My only quibble is that this liner twists up as you use it, and there really isn't a good way to keep a sharp point on the tiny tip-I wish they came with sharpeners on the back end! All in all, a very good product, and one that I will repurchase!
