Moisturizers -MAC Cosmetics -Strobe Cream

I am so in love with MAC Strobe Cream! It comes in various shades, but my favourites are the Pinklite (which is the original strobe cream) and the Peachlite. The only shade I didn't like was Silverlite as it left a white cast to my face. This product is a moisturiser and a primer, though I find I need to use a face-cream underneath Strobe Cream as Strobe Cream alone isn't enough moisturiser for me. As an illuminating primer, this is brilliant! I use this under my foundation, and I have not had any issues applying foundation over it. All my foundations (and I have a lot!) play nicely with strobe cream. It gives a subtle, ethereal effect to the skin which looks very natural and as though you are glowing from within. It also applies nicely over foundation too - a little dabbed on the cheekbones gives a gorgeous effect - and if you apply powder highlight over the top you will be absolutely glowing! Strobe Cream does not irritate my sensitive skin, or cause congestion or breakouts. I love this product and use it daily. It is an essential for my kit. It is fairly expensive, but a little goes a long way. MAC also sells a travel size which is great value for money. This cult product is certainly worth the hype! A+

Eye Shadow -MAC Cosmetics -Frost - Motif

Im so sad this is discontinued. This is a yellow based pink purple duochrome highlight shade for me. I actually use this on my face when i want a pink highlight or as a eyeshadow topper. I love using this on top of patina when i am using patina + satin taupe and if it leans too cool i pop this on the center of my lid to bring more life to the look. its iridescent and can transform other shadow!

by itself It wont show up on ya if you are nc20 like me other than the reflect of pink and purple. The base of this blends in so thats why some people might say it doesnt show up. I like it for my face and its really pretty and won't accentuate texture. Id repurchase if they ever restock this at mac.

This is the second setting spray I've ever used, the first one being Wet n Wild's Natural PhotoFocus Setting Spray, so I don't have too much exposure or experience w/ setting sprays.

I did like how well this seemed to help hold my foundation & makeup when I was in humid countries like the Philippines & Thailand. Weather there was ~95 degrees Fahrenheit all day. It sprays evenly & beautifully. I always use this whenever I wear makeup so I don't know how my makeup is w/o it lol.

I’m confused by the good reviews on this. I have many mac eyeshadows I love, but this is not one of them. My real issue is with the texture. Seems patchy and gritty. I really have to work to build it up, and then if I try to softly smoke it out, it just gets uneven looking. I’ve tried various primers with the same result. Normally I prime with mac’s painterly paint pot and don’t have an issue. This was just a sad little pan of broken dreams.

Eye Shadow -MAC Cosmetics -Satin - Haux

Ive been searching for ud naked 3 nooner and stumbled upon haux. It looks very rosey in the pan but on the lid pairing this with sable or satin taupe. It looks very sophisticated but not trying too hard. Soft and pretty. Wonderful shade that blends well. Its not a must have for me but i do having it in my collection. I dont reach for this unless im looking for a more rose brown look. I can live without it. 4 lippies because you can get a bruised irrtated eye effect if i i put too much on. I have to be careful i have hooded eyes i wish this was lighter in color. I want to try quarry but that one is too purple grey. Haux is nice but its not a must have for me.
