Mascara -MAC -Zoom Fast Black Lash

This is the worst mascara I’ve ever used. The formula is so wet and runny. When I apply it, it runs into my eyes and starts stinging. So painful. Once my eyes water, the mascara starts running and I start to look like a raccoon. The brush and formula is nothing impressive - nothing that hasn’t been done before. The length and volume is average - nothing fancy. For the pain, price and results, I’ll have to pass. Not worth it.

Concealers -MAC -Pro Longwear Concealer

This used to be my favourite concealer (until tarte shape tape beat it). I still love it, i use it quite often still on days when I just don't feel like wearing the heaviness of the tarte concealer. You get a lot of product for the price, and a little bit goes a super long way. Just wish the pump didnt squirt out so much product!

Bronzers -MAC -Mineralize Skinfinish in Sun Power

on 8/10/2018 11:42:00 PM

I love this! My best friend gifted this to me and even though it's a skinfinish powder, Sun Power makes a terrific "sun-kissed" blush.

MAC products are pigmented and this is no exception. The shade reads as a natural, bronze-y red-orange with a finish inbetween matte and satin. What I like to do is swirl my blush in the pan and then swirl the excess onto my arm before applying it to my face. Even though I use this as a blush, the powder is lightweight and finely milled, avoiding cakeface and has a second-skin finish. Really natural, and inimitable with other products.
