Powder -MAC -Studio Fix Powder Plus Foundation

I love Mac in general so I was pleased to find that this product works really well on me. It blends like a dream with a smooth matte finish that's great in summer. Plus, it lasts all day without me having to retouch. But, because I have super dry skin I would probably avoid using it in winter.

Lipstick -MAC -Mocha

This has unexpectedly become my holy grail MLBB peachy-brown (with hints of warm pink) everyday nude lipstick that doesn't look too "I've got lipstick on" but more of a nice, accentuating put-together look. I LOVE THIS LIPSTICK SO MUCH. I'd highly recommend trying it on if you have asian/tan skin with peachy undertones, and are looking for a peachy brown nude. Especially on my pigmented lips, the colour of the lipstick is definitely different to the way it looks when I actually put it on. To me it looks darker in the tube and more light and butterscotch-y on my lips - but with enough hints of warm pink to compliment my skin tone rather than clash with it. If you have a lighter skin tone, it may look a little darker, less like a nude and more like a 90's 'toast of new york' brown lip (but not too sure and I guess it always depends). If you try it at the store, I'd recommend walking around and seeing the lipstick in different lights as under the cool white mirror light the lipstick looked a bit mauvy pink, but in natural light I remember thinking whoah, it's actually more warm nude. I love that it's a Satin finish, as that's my favourite lipstick finish from MAC (feels comfortable and doesn't look too shiny or too mute - nice natural texture). On me that means it lasts long enough that I only need to reapply around lunch (and after work if I'm going out) but doesn't dry out my lips. The colour is nice and pigmented, but also buildable. Also, I gave the price 4/5 instead of 5 because it is still technically a little expensive, but I'd still say it's worth the money for the overall quality. I don't usually post reviews but I seriously had to write a review on this one, that's how much I love it. I hope it stays in the MAC lipstick collection forever!

Liquid -MAC -Studio Face and Body Foundation

My skin I have sensitive oily combo skin and I have big pores on my nose and get a few spots and my skins very sensitive so I have redness

I tried this foundation when I was at my friends house as she recommended it me however, I have more sensitive combo oily and she has dry. I was really hesatint Wether to put it on as I saw lots of reviews online saying that they got cystic acne! But I didn’t believe it because my friend didn’t get any acne after wearing it. I applied it with my morphe y6 brush in stippling motions and it went on very airbrushed and I didn’t even add a primer! I added Laura Mercier setting powder as I have more oily skin, I would say it’s sheer coverage but could possibly build after about 3 hours of wearing I started to notice it was getting quite cakey on the forehead and very shiny around my nose. Also parts of the foundation started to separate on my chin and nose, it also felt very itchy on my skin through out the day and it oxides a shade darker too. When I got home I noticed raised bumps on my forehead and chin which weren’t there before also it left my face very irritated when I took it off! Highly do not recommend this foundation at all.

Concealers -MAC -Studio Waterweight Concealer - NW20

I like this concealer, I have it in NW15 and it's great on my fair skin. I use it mainly on my undereye area. I find a tiny bit goes a long way. I only have to use a dab off the end of the applicator most of the time. I think I would waste product if I actually used the dropper. So although 9ml doesn't sound like a lot, I think this will last well. Its a pretty watery consistency, which I prefer over a heavy, creamy formula especially for my undereye area. The reason for 4 Star overall rating is that I do find that this creases veeeery slightly after about 3 hours. I haven't been using a primer, and I've been using a pretty cheap setting powder. Maybe trying it with a primer or a good quality setting powder would help. But I wish it would stay put on its own! Apart from that it's great.

Primer/ Corrector -MAC -Prep + Prime Skin

This is a good product. I don't really have any real complaints. I don't find the shimmer in this to be too obvious at all. It doesn't really blur any fine lines or pores, so if you need that function in a primer, this may not be for you. I also don't think it would work for dry skin all that well, but if you have combination or oily skin, I think it's great. It makes my makeup go on much more flawlessly and makes it last so much longer. I purchased three of these when I was going abroad a few years back, for fear of not being able to find it again. And I'm still using them. They haven't gone bad, spoiled or separated and you really only need a little bit, so one bottle lasts a very long time. I'm not sure I would repurchase, just because I'm a little bored of it at this point and I like to try new products. I'm also not getting any younger and I might move on to other primers that have more of a blurring effect.
