Liquid -MAC Cosmetics -Studio Sculpt SPF 15 Foundation

on 11/12/2018 7:56:00 PM

I had several samples of this product while looking for a new foundation. I have dry skin and I had real difficulties with this foundation. It sat on my skin like a mask but never 'set'. It felt greasy and made my dry patches really obvious. The coverage was both heavy and patchy. I am an NC13 and couldn't find a good shade match in the range either. Overall, a bit of a disappointment.

Lipstick -MAC Cosmetics -Velvet Teddy

on 11/12/2018 7:02:00 AM

Velvet Teddy has been my number one favorite lipstick for a long time !
Although now I prefer lighter nude shades for daytime (Jubilee and Honeylove), I still rely on Velvet Teddy for a darker nude, more defined lips for a night out. (Although it is not very dark compared with other shades like Taupe or Whirl)
It is a pink beige that's so flattering ! I absolutely love it. I think it compliments a whole variety of skintones.
I love that it is matte and has a great staying power ! And the smell of MAC's matte lipsticks is lovely.

Lipstick -MAC Cosmetics -Matte Lipstick - Honeylove

on 11/12/2018 6:49:00 AM

Honeylove is one of my favorite MAC lipsticks with Jubilee and Velvet Teddy.
It is a beautiful matte light rosy beige shade. I was afraid it was going to be too light on my coloring (NW 20) but it looks great even without a lipliner. A very classy nude color that pairs well with either a natural eye makeup or a sophisticated smokey eye. Works great with a Brigitte Bardot '60s look !
It's so gorgeous.
If I want a little bit more definition I pair it with the Subculture lipliner for a light contour.

Lipstick -MAC Cosmetics -Lustre in Jubilee

on 11/12/2018 6:40:00 AM

Jubilee is my favorite MAC Lipstick, with Honeylove and Velvet Teddy.
It is a glossy pinky beige that gives a beautiful nude lip without looking washed out.
I have bought it several times and will continue to buy it.

Pressed Powders -MAC Cosmetics -Iridescent Pressed Powder - Belightful

on 11/11/2018 11:57:00 PM

Likely because of women who don't understand or need this product, it has been discontinued for some time. I have sussed out the last of it from e-bay and have no where else to turn.

The woman who showed the photo of it being spackled onto a cheek doesn't get the product use at all. My guess is she doesn't need it. But, don't penalize those that do.

Sorry, we can't fix stupid! Put down your spackle knife and apply it with a thick bronzer brush. It is milled powder and does not "contain big chunks of glitter". This is a lie.

Unless you are dark, or are young with already a rosy glow, you won't be disappointed. Obviously, it's "belightful" for light completed people.

When you are a pale white woman of certain years, you lose the rosy glow and start to look like a spook. This product really helps.

Yipes to that product of Rosy Glow foundation by Olay now! That's for someone who wants to look like they have a pink head all over?

This was a great product for a specific niche. I am at a loss to replace it now that I am on the LAST of my e-bay stock.
