The first U.S MAC store opened in 1991, in New York. The company's products were initially aimed at professional make-up artists, but are now sold to consumers worldwide. I love this product very much, especially with the combination of the studio fix makeup which last for a full day most of the time.

Powder -MAC -Studio Fix Powder Plus Foundation

This one is a must-have on my makeup kit. I don't use much makeup on a daily basis and this one is definitely doing its job when it comes to basic coverage. I love it.

Pressed Powders -MAC -Mineralize Skin Finish Natural - Medium Plus

I bought this last year to use over my liquid foundation to set and give a more luminous finish. I've finally realized liquid foundation is not for me and switched to wearing powder foundation only. I have some acne scarring that I want to cover up but still let my skin breathe. I moisturize and put this on and it covers my scars wonderfully, even better than liquid foundation. I've found that this lasts throughout the day without touching up.

Lip Liners -MAC -Lipliner in Spice

on 8/19/2018 11:26:00 AM

I have used this liner since the 90’s - BUT, before you think I never left the 90’s, in different ways. I always come back to this lip liner. Yes, I still wear it with MAC Twig (though I mostly wear Twig with Edge to Edge l/l). I don’t feel that browns look all that good on me but when I want a neutral look, I simply use this pencil with nothing on top or maybe with Chanel Burnt Sugar RC gloss or WNW Rose Gold gloss. This is also the only liner I use when I want to tone down a loud lipstick. I often find that if I purchase a lipstick that is too garish on me, this underneath will do the trick. MAC liners are my favorite- they function as a liner should- grab hold of lipstick and gloss without trying to BE a lipstick or a gloss. I’m not a fan of Whirl not Soar- Spice just seems to be a workhorse for me.
