Eye Shadow -MAC -Satin - Shroom

This is the only eyeshadow I've ever hit pan on and repeatedly rebought. In my teens I was obsessed with this color, I wore it under every shadow and any day I wanted a natural look. As my tastes have changed, I prefer a matte base shade, but I still consider this to be a beautiful eyeshadow. I have very pale skin and this is a very close match to my natural color, with a fine shimmer and a slight pink hue. It can also be used as an inner corner highlight or eyebrow highlight. If you are pale and like nude satin shadows, this is a must try.

Lipstick -MAC -Lustre in Lovelorn

I thought this color was so pretty...but the quality is just not there. It settles into dryness and fine lines and I seriously have cheap lipsticks that go on smoother. Overall, MAC has seriously declined in the last few's just not the same as it once was.

Lipstick -MAC -Matte - Honeylove

I love Honeylove. I am NC15 and on me, Honeylove is a lovely beige nude which is very flattering on my lips - toning them down a bit but not giving me the dreaded concealer lips or washing me out. It flatters my skin tone well. It is a very natural, but pretty colour. The formula is very comfortable to wear as well, long lasting and matte but not at all drying. It doesn’t sink into lip lines or bleed. It lasts well throughout the day, though will need to be retouched after a full meal. It lasts through a full shift at work easily though. It applies easily, without dragging. The formula is quite creamy for a matte - I consider it consistent with MAC’s other matte formulas. I reach for this a lot, it goes well with a smokey eye or a natural look. This lipstick is well worth a try if you have a fair and warm toned complexion. I love it!

Liquid -MAC -Matchmaster SPF 15 Foundation

This used to be my favourite foundation, but I’ve realised that it’s not sweat proof at all. This foundation is awful if it’s raining, no matter if I use high end primers and setting sprays, this foundation will run off my face in thick chunks when water touches it - I live in the UK, where it rains a lot, so this is not ideal. I have a problem with my forehead sweating quite a bit also, and this foundation is terrible for that.

What I will say though is that if it’s not raining and I’m having a good day where I’m not sweating, the foundation is long lasting without me having to touch up. The finish is nice, but not amazing. You can tell you have foundation on when you wear this so it’s not strongly recommended if you prefer that more natural finish. Sometimes it can be a little chalky. I have 2 bottles left, so I will finish those but I don’t think I will run out to buy this again, given my needed criteria.

Lipstick -MAC -Matte - Kinda Sexy

One of my favorite pinky nude MAC lipsticks.. I'm NW25, very neutral, lite brown/reddish hair, brn eyes, and this is very flattering. I didn't think it would look great on me, I do prefer mauve shades in mid tone to darker colors, but stick to peachy nudes when I wear a lighter this was a chance that paid off, and isn't too pink on me. I'm not big on matte lippies, but this one is comfortable enough..MAC and UD make the best non drug store lipsticks in my opinion, and I have tons of each, and will keep purchasing! Definitely recommend.
