Lips -Lipstick Queen -Saint Plum

This is the color I've been waiting for! A gorgeous purple plum shade. I have had various LQ items--Medieval, Butterfly Ball in Sigh, Saint Rouge, Saint Berry, and Saint Bordeaux. I had hoped the Berry and Bordeaux would have more purple but alas, it was not to be. This Plum brightens my face and just makes me happy. It is not over the top in the Saint formula. I love the color so much I am wondering if I should take the plunge and get the Sinner formula, but I will have to meditate on that for a while; I'm getting to the point in my life where I look for little gems at lower price points. One of my favorite finds has been Jordana's Fiesta lipstick, another color I love. I dislike the grape fragrance, so I use this sparingly, but it's a gorgeous color. This plum echos the Fiesta shade, only deeper, richer. I wish the Saint formula lasted longer. Sigh. At any rate, I know I will be digging out every last little speck of this beauty as I wear it to death. Did I mention the color just makes me happy? Happy!

This turns into an unfortunate hot pink on me. It's the very opposite of sophisticated. I don't get a coral colour that you're supposed to see with this.

Packaging is very pretty but I actually hate the matte LQ packaging; like all matte packaging it picks up dirt and gets sticky after a while.

The product itself is very comfortable on lips. But it's way overpriced for what seems to me to be a very tween-ish product.

NOT nude, have no idea who at Lipstick Queen decided this was a nude lip colour. I’m about an NW25 and this pulls very darker berry on me. Other than that, the formula is very nice but I personally just love any balm like/shiny lip products which this is. Goes on smooth and the colour looks even and healthy.

Love how this makes me lips look! It’s absolutely nothing like I own already. I consider myself pretty conservative with my makeup choices but this gold/shimmery finish is so flattering and pretty. The only thing I disagree with and has to take a lippie off is that I doesn’t feel like it’s “oozing with moisturizing ingredients.” It’s definitely not drying just would not say it’s a good balm.

I’m on my 4th or 5th one - have been using it for several years. It is very sheer and more like a stain but the texture is smooth without being greasy. Also it has no smell which is a plus. There’s nothing worse than perfumey lipstick! It is on the pricey side - which is preventing me from having a bunch of them to keep in coat pockets, at work, in the car...
