Stick -Lancome -Teint Idole Ultra Longwear Foundation Stick

on 2/24/2018 5:08:00 PM

The color choices are OK but the plastic packaging is cheap: Gold color lettering has quickly worn off and the thin top has a crack. Terrible given the price. I dislike holding it in my hands now, and there's plenty of product left to use up.

Nothing sends me about this stick foundation. Accentuates pores and fine lines. But the worst part is the cheap plastic packaging with worn-off gold lettering. Yuck. I explained to Lancome customer service, but they didn't care to replace my purchase.

Mascara -Lancome -Hypnose Drama

No no no. I got a sample of this and it's horrible. It flakes everywhere within 2 hours, and burns my eyes so bad. I'm tossing the sample. It also feels heavy and weighs my lashes down, I know mascara coats your lashes and adds weight to then in general, but this is a whole different feeling!

Mascara -Lancome -Monsieur Big

on 2/23/2018 7:38:00 PM

When it comes to Mascara. You look for volume, length and the ease to remove. This Mascara has them all (except for the last one for me) It claims to be washable the one I got but after removing it I get black smudgy areas on the lower lashes. I have sensitive eyes so my eyes get reddish sometimes when I use it two to three times in the same week. But the volume and length and long wear are just amaaaaaziiing I've never seen like it. I tired their hypnose and like it a lot but this one is soooooo gooood.... VOLUME. Can't explain enough. I highly recommend it. It is worth every penny. By the way I got mine as part of Lancome's Blockbuster Set of 2017 last December cool set. I have a video about the whole set and I was applying this Mascara as well if you'd like to see it in action. I hope you find my review helpful. If so, please hit the helpful button. Thanks so much for reading. xoxoxo

I have about 100 different lip liners and this is by far my favorite. I have 5 shades and I love every single one.

Foundations -Lancome -Skin Feels Good

on 2/23/2018 12:17:00 PM

I saw the advertisement for a new Lancome BB/ Tinted Moisturizer/ Foundation and with a name like Skin Feels Good (with SPF 23) I had to purchase it. I also noticed that Yves Saint Laurent released a similar product called Touche Eclat All in One Glow Tinted Moisturizer also with SPF 23. The ingredient list on this product is very very similar to the new Lancome Skin Feels Good and they both have SPF 23, too. The Lancome Skin Feels Good is priced a little more affordable ($35) than the similar Yves Saint Laurent Glow Tinted Moisturizer, which is $48. The first several ingredients of both products are identical- probably because both are owned by Loreal.

I really wanted to love the Lancome Skin Feels Good but it just didn't make my skin either look or feel good. This is highly fragranced and it takes quite a long time to dissipate. I also thought the finish of this started to look blotchy and uneven when I applied this over my primer (Marc Jacobs Coconut Primer). I'm not a big fan of this having an SPF of 23 because an SPF of at least 30 is the recommended level for daily use. This just didn't look natural or feel natural. This settled into fine lines as well. I wouldn't recommend this for dry skin, but I can't say that I think this would work well for oily skin either. I think this product needs some revisions or perhaps the YSL version is a better product. I'm going to have to check that one out. My more detailed review and swatches can be seen here:
