Eyeliner -LUSH -Lush Independent black eyeliner

I DO like the fact that this eyeliner has no odor. I was afraid it may have a slight odor which many liquid eyeliners do have. Many of the drug store eyeliner have a slight odor which I can't explain what it smells like ,but it makes my eyes water. So I generally test it on my hands before applying it to my eyes. This does rub off easily so I wouldn't recommend it for a date night. If he leans in for a kiss the makeup will probably rub off.

Bath Treatments -LUSH -Flowers barrow

Bath oils from Lush have only recently appeared in Japan, so yesterday was my first time to try this. The fragrance is to die for: fresh flowers, I mean it`s literally made from flower petals, and shea and coconut oils, I just couldn`t stop by the tub to sniff while it was filling up and melting the little green ball of oil. The water was oily and perfumed in the most natural and beautiful way imaginable. It really relaxed and moisturized my skin so well, and even this morning, while I was waiting for the train that never came (big earthquake today in Osaka), I could smell a whiff of it on my skin, like an expensive perfume. Possible cons: the leaves could be a pain to remove from the tub, unless you have a sifter. Also, it`s a bit slippery, so watch out when getting in/out of the tub. The price is also up there, but man!, even now my bathroom smells of flowers! (I didn`t bother cleaning the tub, to let the scent linger, that`s how much I love it).

Hair Treatments -LUSH -Shine So Bright (hair balm for split ends)

on 6/17/2018 9:14:00 PM

This is an odd product that has now been discontinued. It comes in a very small tin (the lipbalm tins) and is a solid oil type product. It's a bit difficult to apply and will make your hair hard if you overapply. If applied correctly (a small amount to damp ends) it softens and adds a lot of shine to dry coarse areas. Would repurchase if it was not discontinued.

Moisturizers -LUSH -Celestial

I have been acne-free for over three months so I thought I'd get out of my comfort zone of basic moisturisers. Huge mistake. Celestial broke me out after only two days of use - three painful cysts on my chin, which will take a few weeks to heal. Damn! Must be the cocoa butter in it. With this one I think I have finally weaned myself off any natural products, as they always contain oils, shea butter or similar ones and these are never good for my acne skin.

Shampoo -LUSH -Seanik

Was traveling and stumbled across Lush which is far and few where I actually live (the one we have is too heavily crowded in a giant mall and my anxiety does not mix well with it), as you know, you don't bring liquids on planes so I didn't bring Shampoo out and wanted to be able to bring it back. At the store they recommended this and a Big conditioner bar. I was very skeptical at first, but with lush prices (no packaging material), I didn't want to have to pitch anything for any reason.

This shampoo bar is very easy to use, suds up very nice and very easily. You just need to make sure you apply the bar to every bit of your hair; top, base, I have to do by each ear too, because the suds don't seem to "move" well from where they were applied. At first I was counting washes to see how long it would last, and I've stopped. It's been a month and I still have 1/2 to 3/4 of the bar that I started with and I have medium length hair. Scent is fairly gender neutral in my opinion, I use in a combo with the Big conditioner and I get comments on the scent often.

Does seem to dry out my hair a little, and I don't feel like I can go as long without washing my hair as I did prior, need to wash every other day now. Sometimes you get little bits of seaweed in your hair. But none of this equals anything in the long run.
