This sucks. It accentuates my pores, and the scent is too strong.

Liquid -L'Oreal -True Match Super-Blendable Makeup SPF 17

on 7/14/2018 9:37:00 PM

My bottle was a gift a 'Look Good Feel Better' cancer event. The colour D3-W3 was given rather than chosen. It is a little orange for me as I am pinker based. As for coverage, (note I usually wear tinted moisturizers) I would say medium. It covers pigmentation and a red capillary almost but not fully. I could get away without concealer except under my eyes. I feel my skin looks a little dull (my skin is the same colour all over) but this could be as I usually wear a sheerer finish. Pores around my nose have that 'dotty' look. This colour is too dark for my favourite blusher Benefit Dandelion. I'm going to give it a few more goes as I'm not used to a foundation. Also, it is currently winter in Australia so it may be a better colour match useful later in the year. Will alter review after more use.

Hair Color -L'Oreal -Excellence Age Perfect

on 7/14/2018 6:23:00 PM

I am in my 60's and have white hair on the top and sides and gray in the back. I have been using L'Oreal Excellence Light Brown. My hair has gotten damaged and it looked too dark. i decided to try L'oreal Age Perfect in 6B, light soft neutral brown. Since I was changing my color a little bit (going a bit lighter) I did my roots and then I put the color all over my short hair. I put a plastic bag over my hair for heat (not in the instructions). I left it on for 30 minutes. My white roots are completely covered and the ends are quite soft. The color is very shiny. In natural light it looks like it has more of a yellow base. More neutral, less red. It is a smidge darker than the picture on the box. I really like it. I will do an update once I have washed my hair a few times. I gave the overall rating a 4 because it is hard to find in the store. I had to order it online.

Blush -L'Oreal -Infallible Longwear shaping stick

on 7/14/2018 12:47:00 PM

This cream blush stick is new to the L'Oreal line. I found it while browsing the cosmetics aisle at Walgreen's. The packaging is in a tube that swivels up to reveal product. The shade I chose is a nice pink-peachy color ( sexy flush ). This cream blush shade looks like Baby Blossom powder blush in L'Oreal's line. Love how the creamy formula feels and glides on. The formula lends to a slight dewy look - not to be confused with greasy. My method of applying is to swipe across my cheeks in a stripe and use my fingers to blend out. I've only worn it for a maximum of 6 hours, but never feel it necessary to reapply in that period. L'Oreal claims the blush is to last 12 hours. I think the cost was around $12.00. Great value for an overall good blush.

Liquid -L'Oreal -Infallible Pro-Matte 24HR Foundation

on 7/14/2018 12:37:00 AM

This is the first foundation I purchased in a long time and I have to say that I'm pleased with its performance. My skin is very oily and the foundation keeps my skin looking matte for a decent amount of time. If you have oily skin and want a matte foundation but you're on the fence about it, I would recommend trying it out! The foundation range in store isn't great but online they have a wider variety of shades.
