Mascara -L'Oreal Paris -Voluminous Lash Paradise Mascara

Super disappointed In this mascara. At this price range I was expecting Atleast decent. Right from the start it was clumpy and the applicator is pointless. I would rather spend more for a decent mascara that doesn’t put me in s situation where I have to restart my makeup application process. When L’Oréal has decent mascaras, they don’t stay fresh after a week usually. I don’t recommend.

Liquid -L'Oreal Paris -True Match Super-Blendable Makeup SPF 17

Good match for my pale skin—I have very pink undertones, but actually went with the warm tones since pink on pink is not a good look. Medium coverage, goes on super dry but does not dry skin or flake. Not long wearing at all, settled in pores in a few hours even with primer. Decent, but I need heavier coverage and longer wear.

Liquid -L'Oreal Paris -Infallible Pro-Matte 24HR Foundation

This product is great for my oily and acne prone skin. In MAC foundations I’m a NC42, so I matched myself with 108 Caramel Beige and it’s really close to my skin tone just a tad bit lighter (which is the look I’m going for). It conceals the redness really well in my nose area and some of my hyperpigmentation from past pimples on my jawline. Overall, this is my favorite foundation that I reach for everyday.

Mascara -L'Oreal Paris -Voluminous Original Volume-Building Mascara - Burgundy

I was so thrilled when I saw this mascara in the drugstore! Just what I have been looking for! I like the original Voluminous mascara, but I have been looking high and low for a burgundy mascara. I have green eyes and a burgundy or plum mascara brings out the color in my eyes. I also have Auburn dark red hair, so my coloring gets a big boost from the burgundy.

I used Benefit Bad Gal mascara in plum for years. It was the best plum color out there. But Benefit discontinued it some time ago and I have been looking for a replacement. This is even better and the color is more dramatic and noticeable. I love the mascara. The first time I wore it my hairdresser asked me what I was using on my eyelashes. It definitely shows up with my coloring. The mascara does not flake, goes on easily and coats my eyelashes well.

Not only did I finally find the colored mascara I was looking for, it is also a drugstore brand and reasonably priced. I paid $19 for the Benefit Bad Gal mascara, but now I can get this mascara for about $8. This is a win-win for me.

Mascara -L'Oreal Paris -Voluminous Original in Burgundy

I bought this mascara for a fun change this fall and have not been disappointed with it. It's good old reliable L'Oreal Voluminous with a burgundy hue. Although it looks very red on the wand, if dabbed on a paper towel, you'll see it's more a deep brown with a slight deep burgundy tint, and that's how it reads on the eye for me (NW 15-20, blue eyes). I thought it would be a disaster because anything red or reddish around my eyes generally makes me look tired and ill, but this does not. It has the reliable, sturdy, long Voluminous wand, which makes application easy, and is slightly dry, so it really holds a curl. However, it makes applying a second coat difficult, so if you plan to do so, have a lash comb or spoolie ready to get rid of the clumps. One coat is fine with, me, though, so I've been very pleased with it overall. Would I repurchase? I doubt it. It's fun, but not necessary. It's great to find a fashion mascara with a great formula and wand that's also inexpensive.
