Very heavily perfumed and no visible effect. Found it quite unpleasant on the skin, thus, ended up using for the hair.

This product does indeed hydrate the skin, but imv its scent is strongly unpleasant to the point that makes me sick, overly synthetic/floral/sweet/powdery reminiscent of baby oil.
