This product was not terrible but I would never re-purchase or recommend. First, the cream is extremely thick. It's hard to rub in, and it tends to stay on the outside of your skin. Second, it smells like the cream inside a lemon creme sandwich cookie (a lemon Oreo). A little bit fake and certainly creamy, but rather wimpy. Coupled with the thick cream feel, you feel as if you are moisturizing your hands with frosting. The packaging is less than ideal. The bottle would match better with a lighter, moister lotion. Because the lotion is so thick, and the lotion hole so fat, this lotion comes out like frosting out of a decorator's sleeve, I would much prefer a thinner hole so you could squish out the product in a skinnier line to control how much comes out. It's very hard to get toward the end of the tube. I would definitely alter the packaging shape to functionally match what's inside. If you like lemon lotion, look to Avalon Organics lemon. I've returned to that 2x after trying other lotions. I think I'll be sticking to that permanently.

This hand cream is richer than J.R. Watkins lotions as it contains shea butter. It also contains cocoa butter, avocado & coconut oils, glycerin, and beeswax. It's free from parabens and other petroleum products and is cruelty-free. I've grown to like it during the colder months when my skin is dry. I've discovered that it works best when applied to damp skin to seal moisture in. The lemon cream fragrance is just like that of other J.R. Watkins products and smells just like lemon cake batter. I like to layer it beneath Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue EDT to make the EDT last all day - it's amazing this way. The 3.3-oz. tube is a perfect size for my purse, and I keep one there and one on my desk. Very good product, and I hope it doesn't get discontinued.

This has the same scent as all the other lemon products in this line: creamy, sweet, lemony goodness. Not fake or sharp or Lemon Pledge-like in the slightest, just like lemon merengue or some such delicious lemon dessert.Foams up well. Not particularly moisturizing, but definitely not drying. A pretty basic body wash except for the absolutely delicious, incredible smell. Alas, it doesn’t linger on my skin, but it does make my showers so much more enjoyable!

This is a single-wick, soy-based wax candle. I suspect it may also contain paraffin as J.R. Watkins refuses to say it's 100% soy, or that it's paraffin-free. With that said, it burns cleaner than other paraffin-containing candles I've had. The lemon cream fragrance smells just like lemon cake batter, and just like J.R. Watkins' lemon cream-scented body products. Throw is just OK (that's why I deducted one lippie), and it's best used in a smaller room. It lasts as long as advertised - about 35 hours. It's in an attractive glass container with J.R. Watkins' old-fashioned font & graphics in black, white, & yellow. With a nice price tag of only $6.99, I will repurchase and would also consider purchasing as a gift for someone else. I also plan to try J.R. Watkins' other candle fragrances.

I got this in the dead of winter and I find even thought it's not as moisturizing as I might need right now and I have to reapply lots, I still love it and I know it will be perfect for summer. Also I smell like cake, I'm kind of into it, but it wears off. A lot of lotions break me out on my butt or upper back, usually the heavier ones, this doesn't seem to do that. Got it at Walmart in Canada for under 10$ on sale.
