I have this cleanser as a sample and it´s a NO for sensitive or allergic very dry skin! After 3 uses Iwoke up with about five big red itchy bumps on my face and as I dint´t change anything else in my routine, I can only blame Eve lom.So, although I love how it cleanses the skin and the whole ritual, I won´t use this one anymore. Also, I don´t think that everyday exfoliating with the cloth is good for sensitive skin.

It’s okay, it good enough for me to pop in my bag in case I need a lip balm for later but it’s not good enough to be my first choice or something that I apply before bed. This would be better for all of you who do not really have dry lips and are just looking for a lighter lip balm. I have chronically dry lips and sometimes this just isn’t enough. I am also not a fan of a minty feeling in my lip balms.

I found this to be just ok. A bit too heavy on the silicone and pore-clogging ingredients (Glyceryl Stearate SE for example) but also some good ingredients in it too, some of which I've never come across before in other brightening products. Luckily it didn't break me out as I feared it would or 'sit' on my skin without absorbing properly. I like to use a good brightening cream or mask to help with dullness and fading the odd blemish, especially a cream such as this which is touted as being suitable for all skin types. Using this every morning and evening I didn't see any big difference although it did make my complexion look more fresher which is a good thing, and mildly faded - perhaps 10-20% the odd bit of pigmentation. This is actually the very first time I've tried an Eve Lom product and I'm inclined to try one of their other (better) formulations next time and not necessarily go with an SA recommendation as I did this time around. Verdict: Nice enough but didn't win me over. There are much better brightening and pigmentation-tackling products out there imo.Selena x~ My HG list ~(As I've sampled many 100s of skin, hair and m/u products over the last decade and a half, I thought it might be useful to share my top 10 must-have products, subject to change if and when I come across something more effective. This is definitely a first cleanser and its way to rich not to cleanse afterwards. I think it does a good job and I like the natural ingredients in it but I really dislike the clove scent, which is why I would not purchase. It does a great job removing everything but it does not emulsify that well, I found I needed a cloth to take it off. I like the packaging and think this is better than the tub version. For the performance, its too expensive and this category has been done well for much cheaper. I would recommend you sample before buying.

This seems like just an average clay mask to me. It contains kaolin, honey, sweet almond oil and camphor, which I don't really care for. It smells very medicinal to me. It's also an odd consistency. I'm used to my clay masks being fairly thick, this one has a thinner consistency. There are little bits of something in it so it is somewhat gritty. This is one of the days I would have used a clay mask anyway plus I have a breakout on my chin so I had high hopes for this mask...but overall this didn't rescue my skin, or perform any miracles. It didn't dry my zit anymore than any other clay mask would have. It dries very quickly after you apply it, unlike some clay masks where you have to wait half an hour for it to fully dry. It didn't itch or get uncomfortably tight. It seems to be somewhat moisturizing so if you have dry skin and don't usually use clay this might work well for you.So the final verdict is I wont be replacing my mint julep clay mask from queen helene with this one any time soon. That one is a fraction of the price and works just as well without smelling so gross.
