Treatments (Face) -Estée Lauder -Advanced Night Repair Synchronized Recovery Complex II

I have never wanted to spend a lot of money on fancy department store skincare products. However, I received a sample of this product and my mind has been changed. I am 38 years old and I am beginning to have fine lines and dryness around my eye areas. I have begun to use an additional product (beyond my all over facial moisturizer) to treat this area. This is one of the better products I have used. The light serum texture instantly absorbs into the skin and leaves the area feeling very smooth and moisturized. I have extremely sensitive skin, and have experienced ZERO redness or discomfort from this product. In order to be truly effective, I believe these type of products need to be used on a DAILY basis, and this gentleness of this product certainly allows that. What precludes this product from getting a 5 rating from me is of course the price. The initial cost of this product is high and one would have to make a trip to the mall in order to purchase it, However, because one only needs to use a small amount to the product, once you overcome the initial expense, it does pay for itself.

Ease of Application
The applicator allots the perfect dose for each application

Scent
As someone with sensitive skin, I enjoy the barely there scent of the product «

Moisturizers -Estée Lauder -Hydrationist Maximum Moisture Creme Broad Spectrum SPF 15

Estee Lauder's Hydrationist collection is simply beautiful. This cream which I have used all winter and still now heading into spring is just a pleasure to use. There are several products in this line up, some have been discontinued over the years, there is the Hydrationist Maximum Moisture Creme which comes in a dry skin formula or Normal to combination skin formula. There is also a version available in pump form one with and the other without sunscreen.

Beautiful textures, beautiful light non overpowering fragrances, the creams and lotions sink in beautifully delivering their generous ingredients of anti oxidants, anti irritants, plant extract and botanicals. The cream spreads easily and does not at all feel heavy or greasy, it provides just the right amount of moisture to soothe dry skin and condition it beautifully. I have tried all textures including the lotion on hot summer days when you dont want anything too heavy. Take the required amount of cream with a disposable cotton tip not your fingers, your cream will last longer that way and won't spoil.

I have seen soothing and nourishing qualities from the use of this collection I highly recommend it.

Well done Estee Lauder I can always count on you for quality and glamour.

Treatments (Eye) -Estée Lauder -Re-Nutriv Intensive Lifting Eye Cream

This white eye cream is sufficiently moisturizing for my dry skin and works very well to lift the slight droop I have at the corners of my eyes. The cream is thick and lasts me two months, using it twice a day over Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair serum. The first two ingredients are water and Shea butter.

Liquid -Estée Lauder -Double Wear Stay in Place Makeup

I really like this one. For a gal with very oily skin with acne scars, I struggle when it comes to finding a good foundation that won't break down on my T-zones during the day. This one is beautiful when I want a nice coverage and flawless skin. I barely need to spot conceal when I wear this foundation. I also like that it's long wearing, Stay-In-Place for real! Sometimes I don't even powder, and it helps not to look too cakey, but I see the oil comes through after a few hours, but it looks more dewy than fried-chicken-oily.
It doesn't break me out at all, but it does accentuate my pores near my nose a little, and although that doesn't bother me much (because every foundation does that on me), siliconated primer helped with the problem. I would like very much if this foundation came with a pump, but I can survive, lol.

TL;DR:
Pros: long-wearing, good coverage, beautiful finish, doesn't accentuate texture
Cons: no pump, doesn't blur larger pores

Foundations -Estée Lauder -Double Wear Maximum Cover Camouflage Makeup For Face & Body SPF 15

I have issues with facial hair and stubble. I stopped into Macy's one evening looking for anything that might help mask the illusion of darkened skin around my mouth/chin. After this product was suggested and applied to my face, I was convinced I should at least try it. It's very heavy coverage, as you might expect. It does a great job of hiding any type of discoloration and actually helps a good bit with the appearance of my chin. I use Este Lauder's Double Wear foundation first and then a small amount of this wherever I need the extra coverage. It spreads evenly with the foundation brush I purchased that evening. A little goes a long way, especially with the brush. I was told by the Esthetician that my skin was dry and soaking in the make-up, so at her suggestion, I've started using a heavier moisturizer. I've noticed that this make-up "settles" in my large pores, making them very noticeable. So I try to apply my foundations immediately after using a facial cream, and I finish with a powder, which helps soften the "settling". The foundations, combined, definitely rub off on anything that touches my face, which is taking a while to get used to. It's quite annoying but still worth it to me. My skin is typically so oily that I've used oil blotting papers every afternoon for years now, but something about the changes I've made (maybe richer moisturizer or maybe new foundation) has reduced that oiliness. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a heavy foundation.
