Lips -e.l.f. -Aqua Beauty Radiant Gel Lip Stain

I REALLY like this lipstain. It's not drying like a lot that I've tried, has next to no scent, and is the perfect fix for people who don't like to feel like there's anything on their lips. When this dries down it's undetectable and it lasts.

I got it in the shade "Dewy Nude" which is definitely a bit more red than I was expecting, but that's not a bad thing since I have very deep pink lips and most "nudes" make me look dead. This made my lips look healthy and flushed, with next to no effort.

The packaging is also very cute and compact. Good job, E.L.F!

Scrubs -e.l.f. -Exfoliating Scrub

I initially bought a tube of this for my husband, but I quickly appropriated it. We now each have our own tubes. I don't use it every day, because that is too much for my skin, but I do like to use it every couple of days. It works fine on its own, and is effective enough to actually exfoliate without digging into the skin too much. I also like to mix in a little cleanser (like LRP) to give it a little more slip to glide over the skin, and it works well this way too. The packaging isn't beautiful or ground-breaking, but it is sturdy and easy to squeeze the product out of. I like that it does not contain plastic-y exfoliants and that it is very inexpensive. This has become a staple for me.

Lips -e.l.f. -Lip Exfoliator

Rose - this lip exfoliator concealed as a tube of lipstick is easier to use than exfoliators packaged in a "pot". No color was deposited on my lips. I plan to order other "colors" of product.
When first using exfoliator, I expected product to apply like lipstick with creamy texture. You need to rub gently against lips to break into hard core.
After several uses, I was pleased how product kept shape.

Lip exfoliator is easy to use and surprisingly exfoliates lips with little effort.

Eye Shadow -e.l.f. -Flawless Eyeshadow Quad - Party Purple

I wasn't expecting much from this little palette based on the reviews here, but it surprised me. I got it on sale for about $1 Canadian, and I'd definitely consider it worth it.

I tested these shadows with swatches, and applied using brushes dampened with E.L.F. Mist and Set on primed lids.

First and foremost: The darkest shade is completely unusable, so if you're buying it with the intent of using that particular color, pass on this one.

As for the other three shades, I was actually quite impressed. Though they are a bit powdery, they were very pigmented when applied, and blended very smoothly. Purple is my favorite color, and it's also one that's usually hard to do well in a shadow formula. With the exception of the deepest shade, this is an impressive formula. I've had much more expensive palettes that weren't as easy to work with. For $1, you can't go wrong!

Scrubs -e.l.f. -Gentle Peeling Exfoliant

This is so good, I’m really impressed with it.
Directions say to apply to dry skin so I cleansed, dried skin and applied this. One pump was enough and in circular motions, it exfoliated very well.
It’s really gentle and left my skin so soft and lovely. I think this is a great product and I will buy again. It’s says to use three times a week and I will. I do recommend it.
