Moisturizers -Clinique -Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion+

It saddens me to see people falling for the system that Clinique sells. I actually think this line is harmful. I love their marketing but anytime I have used DDML it has dilated my capillaries and serves no purpose in moisturising. If this was the only product I had I would have to use nothing.

Moisturizers -Clinique -Pep-Start Hydroblur Moisturizer

on 1/18/2018 2:30:00 PM

My skin is dry-combination right now and I'm always trying to find good moisturizers.when I went to repurchase clinique moisture surge, which I love,SA suggested me to try this one as moisture surge was out of stock and she said that pep-star hydroblur will prevent my foundation from sticking to my dry patches and get flakey
It's an ok moisturizer but I believe it's better suited for people with drier and more mature skin because it blurs fine lines a bit and mature skin aren't usually acne prone
It has a very thick texture,so you'd like it only if you like rich can feel too heavy for people with oily skin and may cause was a good makeup base for me but was a bit oily for my tzone and I felt it's clogging my pores
I won't repurchase

Really broke out my chin :( I already know my chin can't handle oils of any kind but wanted to keep faith cause this takes off makeup so easily. Didn't work for me.

Blush -Clinique -Cheek Pop Peach Pop

on 1/16/2018 3:36:00 AM

I love my little peach pop! I would probably not have got it at full price but it was on sale at my airport so I picked it up, because I always like peach blush colours. This one is a true peach with very subtle shimmer (it's not like a disco ball, just a very finely milled mica that gives your cheek a highlight). It's somewhat warm and golden but not hard for this generally cool-toned girl to pull off. I've been using it to the neglect of all my other blushes because it's so flattering. The only complaint I have about it is that the packaging is a little hard to open so I'm afraid I'll scrape a finger against the blush or drop it when opening, but other than that it's a great addition to my makeup collection.
