This foundation has a great payoff if you're willing to work with it. You need to shake the bottle A LOT before your first use and then a bit before every other use or else you'll end up with sludge halfway through the can that won't dispense. Normal-to-dry skins will probably need to put a lot of moisturizer under this or mix a bit of moisturizer with a spray of the foundation together on the back of your hand (what I do, then I apply with a foundation brush or damp sponge). It has a tendency to highlight flakes. But it's fantastic for hiding blackheads and looking like a 2nd skin if you don't have a lot of dry patches. The yellow colors run truly yellow and not peach which is great for my pale yellow, leaning toward olive skin. The bottle cap is sooo tall making the whole can way too big to throw in your travel bag. (updated Feb 2015 for clarity)

This is my FAVOURITE foundation. It is tricky to apply and you must be careful with application as it is a spray and can end up on clothes and earrings. Good idea to apply this makeup before your clothing. The reason why I like it is it has a rosey undertone for those of us who do not follow into the yellows and oranges of foundations. I am fair skinned and every foundation out there including - MAC, Clinique, Lancome all end up looking yellow on me. This is a perfect match (R2). It has great staying power and adds a lovely glow finish. It is a beautiful foundation and I will cry if they stop production. It is more expensive but a bottle will last a long time. Once you get the hang of application, your foundation takes no time!

When I bought my bottle of era ereryday spray foundation, I got this for free. I apply it with a sponge sprayed with fix +. It seems to help the era foundation apply better with less blending time. When I run out, I will probably repurchase. The sprayer does sometimes clog, but after I rinse it with hot water it works again.

UPDATE: Still loving this sooo much!! Got some pictures back from Halloween and I've never looked better in pics. P.S. I bought this in the light shade, I'm NC25 and I blend this with a sponge after spraying.......Since giving up tanning many years ago because I got older and common sense finally set in, I am always looking for awesome self-tanners (usually to no avail). Now that it's close to winter, I just don't have the same enthusiasm about applying self-tanner every night and prefer to use a wipe on/ wash off bronzer for the face and body. I've been using Victoria Secret's body bronzer oil for years (see review), so I'm okay on that end but I've never found a great bronzer for the face. Just recently I tried the Clinique Men's tinted bronzer gel and Dr. Haushka (sp?) tinted fluid. I hated them both. At the salon, my hairdresser suggested this. She sprayed it all over me, I came out a sparkly mess, but thought "Hey, this'll be good for my body when I don't feel like getting my hands dirty with the VS oil"... Fast forward to a week later and I LOVE IT. It is seriously HG!!! The secret (like it says on the packaging) is to SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE. I shake for at least thirty seconds vigorously and the end result is not glittery at all. In the morning, I put on my shower cap to protect my hair and spray for literally one second in a circular motion around my face. This evens out my skintone beautifully. I've gotten numerous compliments and I love it!!!The downside? Ridiculously expensive. I think mine was 40 bucks for a miniature bottle. I'll have to wait to see how long it lasts, but I'm already planning on buying a backup. This is worth scrimping on food for a few weeks!
