I am really impressed by this: I wasn`t planning on buying a new concealer, I am quite happy with my Sisley Phyto and my Catrice Camouflage, but on a recent trip to Europe I realized at the airport that I had forgotten to pack them, so this is how I ended up with this. It`s expensive, but less than half the price of my Sysley concealer and performs just as well. It gives really good coverage, the shade PO matches my complexion really well, and if used properly, it doesn`t crease, migrate or settle into patches. With a touch of powder it lasts all day on me. The only thing I don`t like is the brush dispenser. I mean, I don`t use that brush to blend, it`s just a dispenser, and I hate having to wash it and waste product. Would I repurchase? I clicked Yes, but I`m not sure at this point. It depends how long this product will last. At the moment, I am using it every day, but the tube is opaque and I cannot tell how much product is left inside. If it lasts at least 6 months (I am using just a dab of product on each eye, you really don`t need so much), then I would definitely get it again.

I got this collection off eBay, and I love the elegance of the midnight blue, jewel-like, heart-shaped compact. It looks lovely sitting on the vanity table, a very pleasant little indulgence. It's thin enough you could slip it into an evening purse. It comes with 2 little brush applicators, which are soft yet firm, perfect for applying either lipstick or gloss. There is a high-quality, distortion-free mirror which is true to colour, so it's is a perfect size for primping your lips (it's an upside-down heart shape, so the widest part of the heart is ideal for applying lip products). The lipsticks are pleasant but no great improvement over any other lipstick, and the gloss that goes on top is a pink, very shimmery shade, suitable only for parties. The lipstick shades aren't labelled, so I have no idea what the colors are. The lipsticks stay on OK, but not more than 2 hours. They are not drying at all (which is nice), so they would be good in a dry or cold climate.I wouldn't buy this at full price, but I got a deal on eBay, so I'm pretty happy, but one is enough, I don't need any additional ones. What I would buy instead are Chantecaille lip glosses, which also can be bought in mini sizes off Ebay, they also would slip into the smallest wristlet or evening purse, and provide long-lasting hydration for 4 hours.

Got this color, Pillow Talk in a trial set of 4 bubble pack lipsticks. I've already reviewed Lotus Flower and Dragon Red, both of which I like a lot. Pillow Talk is an unattractive magenta color on me (medium olive skin and moderately pigmented lips), and I'll never wear it. I can't imagine anyone liking it, unless perhaps someone with very fair skin and very dark hair who is wearing magenta that day, and wants to make some kind of lip statement. YRMV, though.

Lotus Flower, on my moderately pigmented lips, comes out as a flesh color that is paler than my lips. On lighter lips, I think it would come out as a nude with peach undertones. It applies easily with either a finger or brush. It has no discernible shimmer, and has a semi-mat but not dry finish.I deepen it a bit with #7 Dragon Red, which is a true red, and the combo looks natural but enhances medium olive coloring subtly. The combo could be worn year round,I got a sample, so I can't comment about the packaging, but I know it is extremely $$$.Is it worth it? Time will tell, and also when the winter arrives, it will be interesting to see how it treats lips. So far in the late summer (it's humid outside) it neither dries out nor hydrates my lips. For your amusement, from the company: "4 Lotus Flower. The pure beauty and grace of the sacred lotus flower. Gazing upon its elegance purifies the soul". I don't think it actually does that but if you have lips on the paler side, you may like this pleasant pink, with a warm undertone, and very good lasting properties.

Dragon Red, on my moderately pigmented lips, comes out as a very pleasant red with a warm coral (but no a brown or orange undertone at all). It applies easily with either a finger or brush. It has no discernible shimmer, and has a semi-mat but not dry finish. This lasts pretty darn well, through a Mediterranean meal that has lots of olive oil, there is still a stain left afterwards. I tone it down a bit with #4 Lotus Flower, which is a fleshy pink, and the combo looks natural but enhances medium olive coloring subtly. The combo could be worn year round.I got a sample, so I can't comment about the packaging, but I know it is extremely $$$.Is it worth it? Time will tell, and also when the winter arrives, it will be interesting to see how it treats lips. So far, it is neither drying or moisturizing - OK for humid summer and fall weather. For your amusement, here is the breathless prose from the company: " 7 Dragon Red. The fiery red of a mythical dragon adorns an evening lip. And a couture dress". Well if that's the case, if I can have a couture dress to go with it, I'll buy 2 of the lipsticks!
