Tinted Moisturizer -CHANEL -Les Beiges Sheer Healthy Glow Tinted Moisturizer SPF 30 / PA++

Yes! yes! Oui!

Coverage and overall impression:
Light and luminous coverage without looking like a disco ball. I don’t find it irritating on my combo sensitive skin and it harmoniously dissipates the redness. Pores, marks and dark spots are lightly visible but diffused by the reflecting property of titanium dioxide and ever so microscopic sparkles, visible only to the neurotic trained eye:). I do not like sparkles (they belong to Christmas trees, at best) and this passed the test. The texture is fluid and the smell might be overpowering for some of us sensitive to it. The tint holds well through the day and doesn't crease in wrinkles or pores, nor oxidize.

Application:
I like to dab it with a brush (strangely enough, I am using an angled eye shadow brush at the moment) and apply only where needed. You get 30ml for $40...a decent value if used sparingly, and no, I don't rely on this to protect my skin from the sun.

Color:
I wear "custard" in Nars Creamy Concealer (my HG for hiding imperfections), I picked medium light and probably could go darker in the summer for a sun kissed look. It's transparent enough that color is not about the perfect match but rather what type of glow you like.

Downside: alcohol and perfume....
Note that alcohol (not the good kind) is the 6th ingredient and the perfume lingers for a while. It is what gives it's ultralight texture mixed with silicones that melts in the skin.

I will repurchase this product....if it's still available. Chanel...this one is a keeper.

Foundations -CHANEL -Le Teint Ultra Tenue Ultrawear Flawless Foundation

I am surprised that there're so many negative reviews, because I personally haven't encountered any of the problems other reviewers had mentioned. I have combination to oily skin that is not dehydrated at all. I don't use any moisturiser or primer with this foundation and I can get away with that. It does set very quickly. But I find that I have enough time to spread the foundation as long as I apply it bit by bit in smaller areas each time, as opposed to what YouTubers would do (Dot the foundation all over and then blend). Oh, I use my fingers. In terms of the finish, I don't find it emphasize pores (I have many) or dry patches. It is a traditional matte finish that is very sophisticated but a little flat. The coverage is more of a medium. After 4 hours, my oil starts to come through which is pretty normal for my skin. But I don't find excessive oil make it cakey or patchy, only more natural. Only criticism: the shade range is small and peachy/pink. Can't find decent cool/warm yellow shades. Although the shades have the same names as of other ranges from Chanel, the actual colours are different. In all, I think you can only pull this foundation off when you have: -combination to oily skin -no dehydration or dry patches AT ALL -pink to neutral undertone Lastly, do I think it worths the money? No. Not that it's a bad foundation, it's just I can find similar foundations with a better shade range from cheaper brands.

BB Cream -CHANEL -CC cream

I bought this cream having very high expectations after reading all the great reviews it received. Sadly I ended up really disappointed since it made my skin break out in a way I’ve never experienced before! Not just pimples but like small cysts or something. I really wanted to love this cream and and I did when I first applied it, scent, texture and colour, everything was great but then came this little issue with the break out.. Of course there’s always a chance this reaction comes from something else, but I’m really sceptical since the only change in my routine and diet was this cream. The bumps would literally arrive at the end of every day I wore it, get better during the night and all the next day until I applied this thing again and then voila! I used to wear MAC cream which was great but sadly got discontinued. Trying Clinique now so let’s see how that will turn out!

Lipstick -CHANEL -Hydrabase Lipstick in Pirate

Like most reviews here, beautiful stunning blue-red. Certainly classy, chic and you feel you’re the “prettiest girl” wearing this lol. That said, just a little advice, for staying power make sure your lips are very dry, no lip balm underneath, apply, blot, apply again, you’ll see the magic that makes. Play on red addicts!!❤️❤️❤️
