Blush -Chanel -Joues Contraste Powder Blush in 370 Elegance

In retrospect, I should have gotten a Bourjois blush as they're made by the same manufacturer as Chanel and the cost would have been considerably less.
In any event, I do like this Chanel blush which I got thanks to MUA's glowing reviews and in my goal to achieve a 'glowy' look that doesn't look like excess blush.
The shade looks rather plain in the packaging but don't let that fool you. It does impart a subtle look with a soft glow for me which is perfect on my skin tone. (NC30)
For extra oomph, I'll use a bit of liquid or cream blush underneath. (NARS Liquid blushes are fabulous)
I do think that this shade works best on fair to light/medium skin tones; it may work as a highlighter on darker skin tones.
My main complaint is that the powder tends to 'kick up' regardless of what brush I use. The price tag is rather excessive too but it is Chanel. (hence why not five lipsticks)
Would I re-purchase? Only if I can't find a similar shade in the Bourjois line.

Primer/ Corrector -Chanel -Hydra Beauty Flash

This makes my face feel very comfortable even under powder foundation. It absorbed very quickly and the feeling is a nongreasy type of balm. It is moisterizing but not as much as i would like. I suffer from acne prone combo skin and i have dry patches due to the use of acne treatments. But if you have dry skin thats not peeling or cracked this would be a lovely primer. I am still trying this out but it does smooth out my skin and i dont have a tight dry feeling from my le teint powder. If i didnt use this id feel more on the greasier side from just using moisterizer under my foundation. It feels like an invisible protective barrier under powder. Will update as i cont to use this.

Edit- tried this without using acne treatment and it makes my skin look so nice i cant describe it but i know there is a difference when i have this on. It really adds radiance. I had this on for 4 hours and my skin still looks great not even as oily. I wouldnt say this is oil control but it doesnt make me more oily than i already am. But i wouldve been more greasy if i just had moisturizer on. Primers never wowed me in the past and ive always strayed from them. I usually pick very moisterizing ones to try and it always made me feel like i had a film of grease on my skin. I am a powder foundation wearer and this works really great underneath. Chanels great with samples the 5ml bottles can be used probably 3 to 5 times. I actually ordered mine on ebay since i wasnt going near a nordstroms or macys atm. After trying the sample past few days i couldnt help but ordered the full bottle for 55usd on their website. I enjoy ordering from chanel because of their packaging. Love this primer its def a hg status for powder foundation wearers or if you have drier skin.

Pro-
smoothing/silky skin
Adds brightness and radiance
Comfortable
Moisurizing without being greasy
Very nice feel while applying
Non pore clogging
Not a strong smell(light peachy floral scent)
Nice squeezy sanitary bottle

Cons- expensive price for the 1oz bottle

Foundations -Chanel -Le Teint Ultra Tenue Ultrawear Flawless Foundation

I've had this foundation for over six months and I've finally figured out the best way to apply it: use a hydrating primer and then apply with a flat top foundation brush like the Sigma F82. Work quickly! Then go over with a clean, damp beauty blender to smooth out any lines. Definitely go easy around the eyes--I find it's better to bounce the brush instead of buffing it. Set wherever you need with Laura Mercier powder and a setting spray and you're done! It's absolutely flawless and the color match for me is perfect! Best part is it doesn't transfer onto anything!! Not even my glasses!! It lasts all day and my dry skin does well with it so long as I use that hydrating primer. It dries down well and it looks like skin even in a magnifying mirror. I have noticed that sometimes the product in the pump will dry out and I have to shove on it to get the gloopy bits out which is a waste of product but otherwise it functions perfectly!

I had not smelled this before I bought it on Chanel's website. I was fully expecting to like it. The first thing I thought when I first sprayed it was that it smelled like bug spray. Really a disappointment! I am not sure if I want to bother returning it.

I have worn this for a couple of days and I'm still undecided... I am about NC20 and in this B20, not sure if this oxidises a bit. It doesn't last very long, but I really like that it looks like second skin - can look cakey though if too much layers applied. I know that chanel is compared a lot to Bourjois but having tried both, Bourjois is definitely not a dupe. Bourjois is more moisturising and definitely look like you're wearing foundation - not that second skin look.
