Moisturizers -CLINIQUE -Moisture Surge 72 Hour Auto-Replenishing Hydrator

on 4/20/2019 8:26:00 PM

I was looking for a moisturizer that would keep my dehydrated skin dewy and fresh during the day. This one was recommended to me in Sephora as the best selling. I like the packaging, it looks expensive and sleek. The moisturizer itself was a disappointment. It didn't leave a sticky white film on the skin that some people complain about, It was just not moisturizing enough. I tried to build it up but with no luck. It may work for someone with oily skin but I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone with normal to dry skin type.

Liquid -CLINIQUE -Beyond Perfecting Foundation & Concealer

My skin is dry. Really really dry. I have dark undereyes and some pigmitation problems I like evening out. I'm not after the uber-madeup look, in my home/work environment it would look really out of place. I just want everything more even. To look like I wasn't trying at all, I just woke up healthier.
I use this as a concealer, sort of. I put a bit on the areas I want to even out and then blend like a foundation and I get the desired affect. I cannot use this to completely hide discoloration since that much product looks very caky on me no matter how I try to blend it. I think I just need a color corrector underneath (I'm still on the hunt for one).

I mix this with an oil since I am so dry. Didn't break me out. Wasn't greasy at the end of the day (which I tend to get with a lot of foundations despite being dry).

Stick -CLINIQUE -Chubby in the Nude Foundation Stick

I was looking for something to even out my complexion. Something sheer that matched my skintone and works well with my very dry skin - no dry patches, no mattifying anything.
This is sheer enough and buildale enough and has decent color range for a more olive skintone, which some companies just don't have. BUT it broke me out. I have dry skin that tends to break out with cetain products, which is always a bit hard to handle. So while this might be suitable for some with dry skin, for me it didn't work at all.

Moisturizers -CLINIQUE -Moisture Surge Hydrating Supercharged Concentrate

I've had used this as a moisturizer for about a year or so.The texture and hidratation are great,it soaks into your skin although sometimes it gets sticky. My skin has been showing some pimples and acne lately and more oil. I checked the inci in skincarisma and nothing seems hurmful. Maybe it is just my skin changed, so I'm no longer using it. My husband is also using it (dry, sensitive skin) and he still loves it because it is so light and refreshing.

Moisturizers -CLINIQUE -After-Sun Rescue Balm with Aloe

I've been using this as a moisturizer and it is really bad.
It feels very cooling and smoothing to the face and I thought that it was helping my rosacea, but it was actually triggering my rosacea and causing some bad irritation.
Not to mention, the texture of this is SO TACKY. Does not settle/asorb into the skin, it just sits there and at the end of the day: I am a greasy oily MONSTER. My forehead looks like olive oil threw up all over me.
Although this was very greasy and irritating: it did not cause any breakouts.
Will I buy this again? Probably never.
