Lotions/ Creams -Bliss Labs -Naked Body Butter

on 12/21/2017 2:08:00 PM

Not that knocked out by this body butter in any of the scents. It applies greasy to the skin and takes awhile to absorb into skin. Does not hydrate skin as well as much cheaper drugstore options like Aveeno daily body lotion. I much prefer Shea Moisture fragrance body lotion which is rich, not greasy and adds moisture to my dry skin.

Lotions/ Creams -Bliss Labs -Blood Orange + White Pepper Body Butter

on 12/21/2017 2:04:00 PM

This is a very strongly scented tart, synthetic orange smell with a hint of white pepper. The smell will linger all day and embed itself into your clothing. I could not wait to get home and shower and change my clothing to get this funk off of me. As a moisturizer, it applies very greasy and takes awhile to absorb into skin. Just an average moisturizer with a horrid fragrance.

Cleansers -Bliss Labs -Fabulous Foaming Face Wash

on 12/2/2017 11:59:00 PM

I have sensitive, acne-prone, dehydrated/oily skin and this gave me the worst breakout of closed comedones I have ever had in my life. I don't know which of the ingredients triggered them but something in this does not work well with my skin. Use with caution, especially if you have sensitive skin! Closed comedones are impossible to get rid of unless you lance them so I'm pretty upset that I will need to have my face stabbed in order to remove them.

Masks -Bliss Labs -Triple Oxygen Instant Energizing Mask

on 11/28/2017 8:02:00 PM

This mask is horrible. It had no impact on my skin. It did not refresh. There was no "instant energizing." It's a gimmicky foaming mask that seems better suited for children as a fun bath product. Don't bother with this if you're looking for a product that produces results.

Skincare - Face -Bliss Labs -All Types Lid/Lash Wash

I've tried different eye makeup removers from brands like:

Wet n Wild
Sonia Kashuk
Equate (Walmart)
Mary Kay

In all honesty, there isn't much I am asking for in an eye makeup remover. I just want it to do what it claims...which is to EASILY and gently remove eye makeup without burning or stinging. I though this bliss one looked quite unusual. It isn't normally this gel-like texture. I also like the packaging since it is one of those caps that twist and lock for easy transportation. This retails for $18 at Ulta for a 3.7 oz bottle.

When I pump product onto a cotton pad, I only need maybe a dime-sized amount for each eye. I do tend to wear heavy eye makeup. We're talking eyeshadow, liquid eyeliner, and waterproof mascara. This product gets all of it with maybe 2 swipes per eye. It's very impressive how easily it all comes off. I do notice a scent when I use this, and it smells kind of like a hair product. Some people may not like the way this smells, but it doesn't bother me. I think this formula is excellent and find that this does what it claims without any burning or harshness. Good job bliss!
