Cleansers -Banila Co. -Clean It Zero Resveratrol

I loved this in the pink version. Resveratrol is more for oily skin. I have combination skin. I felt that it was a little bit on the drier side compared to the pink version. And it doesnt remove makeup as well as the pink version, even though both are great. Removes makeup really well and melts into your skin. Doesnt irritate. I use it in the shower and wash it off with warm water. Very convenient and easy. I will continue to repurchase the pink one cuz I love it so much.

Cleansers -Banila Co. -Clean It Zero Purity

God, I love this cleanser. I was using a cheap-but-pretty-good superdrug cream cleanser as my first step in the double-cleanse method, was pretty satisfied with it, and wasn't sure how much better a cleanser could be anyway. Surely you just wash it off, and all it's supposed to do is clean your face without stripping?

I was wrong - this feels like the mercedez benz of cleansing experiences. The balm melts beautifully into a thick oil, then emulsifies immediately when you add water and rinses clean and soft. I love the lack of smell, I love the formulation, I love that it doesn't break out my extremely picky skin. Takes off everyday makeup and sunscreen just fine, though as usual if you're wearing a ton of eye makeup a good makeup remover is better to start with.

It's going to take a miracle to get me to switch cleansers unless some enterprising brand feels like sending me samples.

Cleansers -Banila Co. -Clean it Zero

First off, this does what it's supposed to. It removes makeup without too much work and effortlessly melts away makeup which is a huge plus. I think many people massage this onto their face in order to remove makeup, but gently applying this to the face is sufficient in melting the makeup-- the key is to apply and wait a minute as the formula does the removal of the makeup for you (it goes from creamy to water on the face) so that we don't have to rub or scrub our skin which can be damaging. This had a cult following for the past year+ but holy cow, did anyone read the ingredient on this thing?

I wish I researched a bit did before purchasing-- I bought into marketing and made the mistake of purchasing this item and it now just sits on my makeup cabinet just collecting dust-- it's chock full of mineral oils, PEGs, BHT and parabens which not only causes irritation but is extremely toxic for our bodies and the environment. This is not okay with me because in 2018 with our amazing science breakthroughs and technology, we should have products that perform well without destroying our health or the environment. The product is has a nauseatingly strong scent, so this product is definitely not for people who are sensitive to fragrances.

Toxic ingredients aside, I did not particularly enjoy using this product because of the very nauseatingly sweet fragrance, how the product made my vision blurry for minutes after using a small amount just enough to remove eye makeup and also because it left a grimy film on my face after. I had to really work to get this product off fully and that effort and irritation on my skin as a result, was not worth it for me. The only thing I did like about this product was the cute and sturdy packaging and the spatula it came with a space for it inside the lid (if only all cosmetic companies started doing this!).

There are products that work just as well or better than this product for even less price WITHOUT all the toxic chemicals and irritants that are in this balm. I still prefer my DHC cleansing oil and The Face Shop's Rice Water Cleansing Oil for face makeup remover (I use separate remover for eyes). I do not recommend this balm and will not repurchase.

Holy Grail powder for oily skin!!!!

Super finely milled translucent powder, doesn't give white cast, keeps my oily skin matte all day, what more can I ask for? I use this for baking as well and it works fo'sure! Once you powder your face, touch it and you'll think that your touching a baby's butt. HOLY GRAIL STATUS POWDER. If you like the Laura Mercier Translucent Powder or RCMA No Colour powder, give this a shot, I think it Beats them all :)

Primer/ Corrector -Banila Co. -Prime Primer Hydrating

This is one of the best selling primer in Korea and with k-beauty trend, I've decided to give it a try. I brought this at around HKD200 for a 30ml bottle. It comes in few different types - Hydrating, Matte, Classic. I've brought hydrating as I mainly use it under my eyes and sometime over my face to blur out my pores thought I do have combination skin.

I do love this primer and had almost finish up my first bottle. The texture is a somewhat between gel and cream. Very easy to apply and absorb to the skin really fast. Once applied, you can see and feel the skin is much more smoother.

I had used this over summer and winter without any hassle, my concealer and eye shadows had lasted much longer. I see the difference as soon as I go without it or trying out other primer samples. Secondly, no greasiness even in hot summer day.

The great thing is the bottle is in a pump dispenser so you can control how much you need. More importantly, it's much more hygienic.

Highly recommended!!!
