Bought this in the new holographic minimalist packaging. They changed the formula to allow the product to clump less and melt more into the face when u massage onto dry face. It immediately turns from a solid sorbet to an oil emulsion and melts away tough makeup like eyeliner, mascara. Not harsh on the face. Sometimes it gets into my eye and stings abit, but im still not complaining.

Most know Banila Co for their cleansing balm, a cult favourite. So naturally, while in Korea, I couldn’t help but poke around in the store and see what other products they had to offer. The dear hydration boosting cream was displayed as a new product and piqued my interest. They had sample jars so I just had to give it a try. I mean, it was a beautiful petal pink, and the packaging was cute. And I was in Korea...every excuse to buy more facial products. Not quite what I expected, nor results I was hoping for. I finally did find some reviews from Asia online to understand what ingredients were in there, but it otherwise did not provide much information on the packaging. My feelings were:PROS- beautiful consistency. I think Koreans are true skincare specialists. It was light, between a gel and a cream- application was easy. It leaves a slightly sticky feel, but these days, I think most products leave something to keep it hydrated- the jar packaging may give the perception of a lot of cream. Nonetheless, there is still a lot in thereCONS- I do have sensitive skin, but not super sensitive. There is something in there that definitely makes my skin sting EVERY time I put it on. It’s the feeling that it’s alcohol in dry skin...I just experience it every time- not visible results the day after. In fact, I won’t attribute it to the cream, but it so happens I was doing just fine until I used this again for the summer, and my skin was noticeably drier and sagging in the morning So, unfortunately, not a rebuy nor recommendation from me.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVEEE this stuff!! it's the only thing that melts off all my makeup super easily, and i love how it's basically a double cleanse in one. you massage the balm into your skin until it becomes an oil cleanser, and then once you add water it foams up nicely to thoroughly cleanse your skin. the only downfall is the packaging- it can get super messy and gross since you are digging a spatula in every time, but if you're careful its fine. only cleanser i regularly use !! would never swap it for anything !

I loved this in the pink version.
Resveratrol is more for oily skin. I have combination skin. I felt that it was a little bit on the drier side compared to the pink version. And it doesnt remove makeup as well as the pink version, even though both are great. Removes makeup really well and melts into your skin. Doesnt irritate. I use it in the shower and wash it off with warm water. Very convenient and easy.
I will continue to repurchase the pink one cuz I love it so much.

Holy Grail powder for oily skin!!!!Super finely milled translucent powder, doesn't give white cast, keeps my oily skin matte all day, what more can I ask for? I use this for baking as well and it works fo'sure! Once you powder your face, touch it and you'll think that your touching a baby's butt. HOLY GRAIL STATUS POWDER. If you like the Laura Mercier Translucent Powder or RCMA No Colour powder, give this a shot, I think it Beats them all :)
