I have ageing hair which is harder now to manage because it is drier. It snarls easily and I am always on the lookout for a product that will help prevent mechanical damage. This spray does nothing. It doesn't detangle my virgin hair or my child's shoulder length blonde curly hair. I was hoping this product would be our HG detangler. We paid $10 for a bottle of scented water. Does nothing at all - but does smell nice. Instead of this being labelled a 'detangler spray' it should be labelled 'scent spray'.

My hairdresser has been using this new Bain de Terre shampoo at the salon after colour treatments, and I've loved its scent and lather so much that she recently bought the litre sized bottle for me to use at home.Though the product does contain sulfates, I have not noticed any difference in colour maintenance than if it were sulfate-free. (I find that water exposure fades my medium brown colour, period!) As I have naturally dark-blonde/light brown hair, and am now slightly greying, I have my roots redone every 4-6 weeks. The sulfates in this shampoo really don't have time to make too much of a difference to the colour depth. The lather is gorgeous, as is the scent, and the argan/monoi oils are a treat to both my scalp and tresses.Unfortunately, the litre size does not come with a pump, which I feel would be more conducive to use in the shower. I don't pay for its retail price ($18 wholesale for a litre sized duo of the shampoo and conditioner!), so its price is good for me. I suspect that the duo would retail for about $40.Still, a lovely product, and I'm pleased with the results.

I am surprised there is not a review for this product. I could really go on a rant on how much I love this stuff. First it is an oil. A few sprays goes a long way. It's not sticky. It dries up pretty fast and leaves your skin super soft all day. (I did buy the 1 ounce to freshen up when I am out) The scent is soft and does not last long at all. I put it on and then put a body spray on. Helps make my body spray smell longer. Also it says No Animal Testing, Sugar-Free, Paraben Free and Sulfate Free. I got it on eBay for $11.00 compared to other places that sell it for $15 or higher. As to the Pheromones I am not sure if they really work. I just started playing around with Pheromones. I will say that I get a lot of compliments after I use this stuff. I highly recommend it. Try it out!

The reason you guys dislike the product is because it works better for virgin hair.. Such as Indian hair, Malaysian hair, Brazilian hair etc.. Not natural hair.. At least from my experience..

I have to agree with the previous reviewer, ladypamela1, on her review. Many of the reviews I read were positive, stating this is a good serum for fine hair. I bought the small bottle for $17.99, but If you shop around, you can get it for cheaper. My hopes were that it would be a good replacement for the now discontinued Charles Worthington Shine On serum for fine hair, which was liquidy and sunk right in. I only used the tiniest drop of this (maybe 1/4 the size of a grain of rice, if that. We're talking a teeny drop) rubbed through my palms, then ever so lightly worked through just my ends. The texture feels thick and sticky, almost like (but not quite as bad as) castor oil. It did not sink in or add shine, it just sort of sat on my hair. The smell is a bit citrusy but artificial, though the scent doesn't last. It's not at all like the Charles Worthington serum, and I do not recommend this for fine, thin hair. Maybe it would work on thicker, more abundant hair. Disappointed, will have to find someone to give this to.
